Buyers here are deciding whether your company looks investable before they decide whether your product is.
Fixed-price MJBizCon exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so the booth cultivators, retailers and investors judge you by has already stood up once, on our floor.
Filters the booths below — every one shows its Las Vegas price.
MJBizCon is a working B2B floor — cultivators evaluating equipment, retail operators comparing packaging lines, investors sizing up who looks built to last. The work below is what we build for brands that sell to other businesses: structures designed around the product demo and the private conversation, with every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.
Teramind
1,800 sq ft island where every zone is a working product demo.
WillowTree
Enclosed meeting rooms off an open front — built for deal conversations.
SpyCloud
Interactive stations arranged for one-to-one buyer conversations.
Radware
Hands-on product stations inside a four-sided island — a layout made for a dense B2B floor.
Microsoft
Modular island scaled across a multi-show programme.
IMAX
Large-format island built around a product experience, not furniture.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height LED as the structure — visible across a crowded hall.
Appdome
Demo theatre built for high-volume technical traffic.
The largest, most established cannabis B2B conference and expo fills the Las Vegas Convention Center with 1,400+ exhibitors and the buyers who stock, equip and fund the industry. Nobody here is browsing — cultivators, manufacturers, distributors, retail operators and investors walk the aisles with a shortlist. The most expensive MJBizCon mistake isn’t a bad booth; it’s a booth designed like a festival stand for a floor that behaves like a boardroom.
The Las Vegas Convention Center runs freight through a marshalling yard, dock target times and the show’s general contractor — miss your slot and your booth waits while your labour bill doesn’t. Long hall runs also mean sightlines carry for hundreds of feet, so height and lighting decide who gets seen. We design for the hall and book the dock time; you never touch either.
MJBizCon aisles are dense and buyers move fast. Winning booths put the product to work — equipment running, packaging in lit display cases, extraction and cultivation demos at hand height — and keep the presentation clean and professional. In this industry a polished booth is due diligence made visible: it tells a buyer or an investor you run a compliant, well-capitalised operation.
A December show at the LVCC means move-in lands right after Thanksgiving, and the advance-order deadlines land in October — while your team is closing Q4. Exhibitors who treat this as a November project pay floor rates for everything and ship over a holiday week. The real planning window is late summer; the exact dates are in the facts strip at the top of this page.
Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.
Cannabis operators watch cash flow harder than almost any industry — and trade show invoices are where budgets traditionally go to grow: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.
Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for Las Vegas and available as a custom build for your brand — rented, not bought. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. For a December show that puts the binding constraint in October, with Thanksgiving sitting squarely inside your move-in run-up. Here’s the timeline, worked backwards from show week.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
