NAMM Trade Show Booth Rentals

Every buyer on this floor arrives with trained ears. The booth has to let your product be heard, not just seen.

Fixed-price NAMM exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so the booth that meets tens of thousands of retailers, distributors and artists in Anaheim has already stood up once, powered and checked, on our floor.

Know the floor before you plan the booth

At NAMM, sound is a building material

No other trade show asks a booth to do what this one does: let a buyer judge how something sounds while several thousand other products are being played around it. Show management enforces a sound-level policy on the floor, so volume is not the answer — isolation is. Where your demo happens, what surrounds it and which way it faces are structural decisions, made long before the graphics.

Anaheim — halls sorted by category

Arena · Halls A–E · ACC North

The Anaheim Convention Center spreads NAMM across its arena, the main halls and the ACC North building, and the floor is organised by product family — so your neighbours are your direct competitors, playing the same kind of product at the same buyers. Differentiation has to come from the experience inside the booth. We design to your actual hall and neighbours, not to a render on a white background.

Demo rooms, not louder demos

Sound policy · isolation · power

Because floor sound levels are monitored, serious listening happens in enclosed or semi-enclosed demo rooms: insulated walls, a ceiling, a door, ventilation and clean power for amplification. Those rooms add weight, electrical load and, often, a ceiling that needs the fire marshal’s sign-off. We engineer them into the first concept and file the approvals early, so the room you planned is the room you get.

The January calendar

The holidays sit inside your timeline

A late-January show puts the advance-order cutoff in early December and the freight window in the first working days of the new year. Any approval that slips into the holiday break simply stops. The show also closes on a Saturday, so dismantle runs into weekend labour rates unless it is planned and booked in advance.

What we handle at the ACC
  • Hall-specific design — sightlines and demo positions planned for your actual placement
  • Enclosed demo rooms engineered for isolation, ventilation and approval
  • Layout submission and show approval, filed early
  • Electrical, rigging and material handling orders calculated and filed at advance rates
  • Union labour coordination and on-site supervision
  • COI, EAC and exhibitor-manual deadlines mapped to our calendar
  • Saturday dismantle, pack and outbound freight booked ahead
Billed by the show, not by us

Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show, the venue or the show’s general contractor — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.

  • Booth space
  • Electrical drops and floor distribution
  • Material handling (drayage)
  • Rigging, if you’re hanging a sign
  • Daily cleaning · internet
Why a fixed price matters most here

The budget you present in autumn should survive January

Trade show invoices have a habit of growing between quote and show: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.

01

One number, and it holds

Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.

02

Proven before it ships

Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.

03

Show costs, known up front

Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.

04

The paperwork is ours

COI, EAC, electrical, network, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.

We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.

Working backwards from January

Your real deadline is in early December

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. For a late-January show that puts the binding constraint in early December, with the holiday break between the cutoff and the truck.

Take this to every vendor

Five questions to ask anyone quoting your NAMM booth

Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.

1 Will you put the total price in writing before I sign — and hold it? Ours: yes. Every booth on this page is published with its price. The quote and the final invoice are the same number, contractually. Printed above · hold us to it
2 Do design revisions become change orders? Ours: never. Revisions are unlimited until you approve, and the price is locked before design starts — a better idea in October costs nothing.
3 Will I see my actual booth before it ships — or a render? Ours: the actual booth, fully assembled, powered and lit at our facility, photographed for your sign-off before it leaves for Anaheim. Renders are promises; photographs are evidence.
4 Who files my advance show orders, and at which rate? Ours: we do, at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. With amplified demos drawing real power and demo rooms adding weight to the freight, the advance-versus-floor spread at NAMM is real money — if a vendor can’t answer this immediately, that’s your answer.
5 How will my product be heard properly on a floor this loud? Ours: inside a room designed for it — isolated, ventilated, powered and approved — because the show’s sound policy rules out simply turning it up. A vendor who answers with bigger speakers hasn’t built for this floor. Ask them directly.

Questions NAMM exhibitors actually ask

NAMM booth rental FAQs

How much does a NAMM booth rental cost?
Every booth on this page is published with its Anaheim price — fixed and all-inclusive: design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, freight, labour coordination and project management. Separately, the show, the venue and the show’s general contractor bill you directly for booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning; we calculate those for your exact booth before you commit, so the total is known before you sign anything.
When should I book a booth for NAMM?
Lock your design by early December. The advance-order deadlines for a late-January show fall just ahead of the holiday break, so everything that needs a signature has to be signed before it — start the conversation in summer for full design freedom. The exact advance-order deadline for the next edition is in the facts strip at the top of this page and updates automatically.
Can you build an enclosed demo or listening room inside the booth?
Yes, and at NAMM it is usually the most valuable square footage you have. We build insulated rooms with a door, ventilation, acoustic treatment and clean power, and we handle the approvals a covered structure needs. The room is assembled and tested on our floor first, so its isolation is something you have heard about from us before the show, not discovered on opening morning.
What’s move-in like at the Anaheim Convention Center?
The show fills the whole campus, so freight is scheduled by hall on targeted move-in times, and a truck that misses its slot waits. We book the window early, route the freight to the correct building, and put an install supervisor on site so your team can spend move-in tuning product rather than chasing crates.
Will a rental look custom, or will it look reused?
Every booth is fabricated for your brand — custom graphics, layout, lighting and finishes on a modular structure underneath. The builds shown above are rentals. Before yours ships, it stands fully assembled and lit at our facility and you approve photographs of the actual booth, not a render.
Can I install the booth myself to save on labour?
The Anaheim Convention Center floor runs on contracted union labour, and the show’s general contractor governs who may build what. Either way it isn’t your problem to arrange: labour coordination and on-site supervision are inside our fixed price, filed at advance rather than floor rates.
What happens if something goes wrong during move-in?
Your project manager and our install supervisor are on site through move-in and reachable across show days. Because everything was assembled and checked before shipping, the problems that usually surface at this stage — missing hardware, graphics that don’t fit, panels that won’t seat — have already been found and fixed on our floor, weeks earlier.
A vendor just fell through. How fast can you deliver a NAMM booth?
Four to six weeks from approval to show floor for complete pre-built, photo-verified booths from 10×10 through 20×40 — at the same fixed price as a six-month lead time, with no rush surcharge. For a January show, the earlier in the autumn you call, the more of that window sits at advance rather than floor rates.
Do you handle artist events, dealer dinners and off-floor activations?
Yes — hotel suites, dealer events and private showcases around the Anaheim resort district run under the same fixed-price model, coordinated by the same project manager as your booth.
