Ten thousand electrical contractors read craftsmanship at a glance. So will your booth.
Fixed-price NECA exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, powered, lit and photo-approved before it ships, which matters at this show more than most: the window before the advance-order deadline in the facts strip below is closing, and pre-built inventory is the fast path through it.
Filters the booths below — every one shows its Las Vegas price.
NECA calls itself the #1 event for power, light and communication technology, and its aisles are full of people who wire buildings for a living — they will notice a wobbly counter, a sloppy cable run or a graphic that doesn’t sit square. The work below is what we build for technical audiences: structures designed around the demo, product and conversation, with every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.
Microsoft
Modular island engineered to rebuild cleanly show after show.
IMAX
Big-footprint island with serious rigging, power and AV coordination.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height LED as the structure — light and power doing the selling.
Teramind
1,800 sq ft island with hands-on demo zones for working traffic.
Appdome
Demo theatre built for high-volume technical conversations.
Radware
Hands-on learning stations inside a four-sided island — the format tool and equipment brands win with.
SpyCloud
Interactive stations arranged for one-to-one conversations with specifiers.
WillowTree
Enclosed meeting rooms off an open demo front — built for deal conversations.
The NECA Convention and Trade Show rotates cities — Philadelphia, San Diego, Chicago, and now Las Vegas for the 125th-anniversary edition. That rotation changes your docks, your labour rules and your freight windows every single year, which is exactly why a booth partner who tracks the venue matters as much as one who builds well.
Mandalay Bay Convention Center sits at the south end of the Strip, attached to a working resort — which means scheduled dock windows, marshalling-yard check-ins and freight that moves on the venue’s clock, not yours. We plan the build around the target move-in time we’re assigned, and our install supervisor works Las Vegas venues constantly. Missing a dock window here doesn’t delay your booth; it strands it.
NECA’s floor is where electrical contractors evaluate tools, gear, software and services they’ll stake their businesses on. Booths here win on demonstration, not decoration: product in hand, power where the demo needs it, sightlines that read from the aisle. Against 400+ competing exhibitors, a booth that photographs well but demos badly is a wasted footprint.
Because NECA changes cities annually, last year’s exhibitor manual is worthless for this year’s planning — advance-order deadlines, dock procedures and labour jurisdictions all reset. The facts strip at the top of this page pulls the current edition’s dates and advance-order deadline from our shows database, and it rolls over automatically when the next city is announced.
Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging, cleaning and internet are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show, the venue or its contractors — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.
A rotating show is where exhibit-house invoices go to grow: a new venue every year means labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints and supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled, powered and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.
Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for Las Vegas and available as a custom build for your brand — rented, not bought. With the show close, these pre-built structures are the fastest route to the floor: the engineering is proven, so your timeline is spent on your graphics and demo layout, not on fabricating from zero. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The show dates and the advance-order deadline are in the facts strip at the top of this page — and if you’re reading this close to them, the honest answer is that the traditional six-month exhibit cycle is gone. The pre-built route isn’t: because the structures already exist and are proven, the weeks below are spent on your brand, your graphics and your demo — not on engineering from scratch.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
