The largest plastics trade show in the Americas happens once every three years. Your booth gets one shot at it.
Fixed-price NPE exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so what stands up on a floor full of running machinery has already stood up once.
Filters the booths below — every one shows its Orlando price.
NPE attendees walk a floor where injection moulding machines, extruders and thermoformers are running live. A booth that competes with that on noise loses; the ones that win give processors, moulders and materials buyers a clear place to have a real conversation. The work below is how we build for exactly that — custom structures designed around the demo and the meeting, with every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.
Microsoft
Modular island scaled across a multi-show programme — the model for a triennial cycle.
IMAX
Large-format island with the presence to hold its own beside working equipment.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height LED as the structure — visible down a long machinery aisle.
Teramind
1,800 sq ft island with demo zones — the layout logic materials suppliers need.
Appdome
Demo theatre built for high-volume technical traffic — engineers, not browsers.
Radware
Hands-on stations in a four-sided island — sample tables and spec talks fit the same bones.
SpyCloud
Stations arranged for one-to-one conversation — how resin and additive deals actually start.
WillowTree
Enclosed rooms off an open front — private space for pricing and supply talks.
NPE fills the Orange County Convention Center — both the West and South buildings — with machinery that runs live all week, co-located with SPE’s ANTEC conference. Which building you’re in changes your freight window, your rigging plan and who walks past you; and because the show comes only once every three years, a planning mistake doesn’t cost you a quarter. It costs you the cycle.
NPE spans both the West and South buildings of the Orange County Convention Center — different docks, different move-in rhythms, different foot-traffic patterns. A freight plan written for “the OCCC” isn’t a plan. We confirm your building and hall before anything is designed, and schedule freight and labour to that building’s docks, not the show’s mailing address.
Injection moulders, extruders and full production cells run live on the NPE floor — the biggest machines are their own architecture. Trying to out-shout them is a losing game. What cuts through is a clean, confident brand statement: clear sightlines, disciplined graphics, one message readable from the aisle, and a layout that turns machinery-fatigued walkers into seated conversations.
A triennial show means budgets are set well ahead — often a full year out — and there’s no “we’ll fix it next year.” Everything about the booth has to be right the first time. The upside of planning early is real: full design freedom, advance rates on every show order, and a fixed number your finance team can carry through the whole cycle without amendment.
Booth space, drayage, rigging, electricity, cleaning and internet are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show and venue — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.
A triennial show is where exhibit-house invoices grow the most: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged — all landing against a budget your finance team locked months earlier. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.
Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for Orlando and available as a custom build for your brand — rented, not bought. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The advance-order cutoff lands weeks before the show opens — the exact dates for the current edition are in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically. Because NPE runs once every three years, the timeline below has no second chances built into it: every advance rate you miss is money gone for the whole cycle, not until next year.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
