The engineers on this floor spend their careers de-risking platforms and subsea systems. Your booth gets three seconds to look like it belongs next to that work.
Fixed-price OTC exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so the booth representing your company on the offshore energy industry’s biggest floor has already stood up once, under our roof, before it stands up at NRG Park.
Filters the booths below — every one shows its Houston price.
OTC draws offshore oil & gas, offshore wind, carbon management and offshore energy professionals — engineers and technical buyers who evaluate suppliers the same way they evaluate equipment: on capability, not claims. The work below is what we build for brands whose product is technical: structures designed around the demo and the conversation, with every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height LED as structure, engineered to hold up under a hall this size.
Teramind
1,800 sq ft island with demo zones built for close-up, technical walkthroughs.
Radware
Hands-on stations inside a four-sided island — built for visitors who want to touch the hardware.
SpyCloud
Interactive stations arranged for the one-to-one technical conversation this floor runs on.
Microsoft
Modular island engineered to repeat across a multi-year exhibit programme.
IMAX
Large-format island built at a scale that matches the biggest halls in the industry.
Appdome
Demo theatre built to hold high-volume technical traffic without losing the thread.
WillowTree
Meeting-led layout with enclosed rooms for spec-level discussions off an open front.
For the first time, OTC 2027 is co-located with URTeC at NRG Park — one campus carrying two audiences and, potentially, two sets of exhibitors drawing on the same labor crews, freight docks and marshalling windows. The most expensive OTC mistake isn’t a bad booth; it’s a booth planned without knowing how much more competitive space, freight and labor windows get in a combined-show year.
A large, well-run facility with its own rhythms: marshalling-yard check-in, targeted move-in windows and labor coordination governed by the show’s general contractor. Freight that misses its window waits — and waiting is billed by the hour. We plan the booth to the building’s schedule, not the other way around.
OTC draws people who spend their careers de-risking platforms, subsea systems and offshore wind installations — attendees who judge a booth the way they judge equipment: on whether it actually works. The booths that win here are engineered for close-up scrutiny: product properly lit and mounted, demo stations that run every time, and a layout that moves a technical visitor from aisle to conversation fast.
A bigger combined floor means more exhibitors competing for the same labor crews, freight docks and marshalling windows than past editions. That makes the advance-order deadline — in the facts strip at the top of this page — matter more than usual: file early and your booth is locked in before space and labor get scarce.
Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.
Trade show invoices grow the same way everywhere: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.
Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for Houston and available as a custom build for your brand — rented, not bought. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. With URTeC co-located at NRG Park for the first time in 2027, freight and labor windows are likely to be in higher demand than in past editions — filing early, at advance rates, is what protects your slot.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
