Packaging buyers judge you by what’s running — machinery in motion, material in hand, a line-integration answer on the spot.
Fixed-price PACK EXPO exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so what stands up at McCormick Place has already stood up once at our facility.
Filters the booths below — every one shows its Chicago price.
PACK EXPO buyers are engineers and plant managers — they walk past graphics and stop for evidence. The work below is what we build for brands whose booth has a job to do: structures designed around the demo, not around the furniture, with clear sightlines to whatever is running and room for the long technical conversation that follows. Every project moves through one team from first rendering to dismantle.
Microsoft
Modular island scaled across a multi-show programme — the model most manufacturing exhibit calendars need.
IMAX
Large-format island engineered around one centrepiece experience — the machinery-demo playbook.
Teramind
1,800 sq ft island with demo zones and clear operator sightlines.
SpyCloud
Interactive stations arranged for one-to-one technical conversation.
WillowTree
Meeting-led layout with enclosed rooms — built for the long buying conversation.
Radware
Hands-on learning stations inside a four-sided island.
Appdome
Demo theatre built for high-volume technical traffic.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height LED as the structure — motion that carries down a long hall.
PACK EXPO International fills the largest convention center in the United States — exhibits run across McCormick Place’s North, South, West and Lakeside Center buildings, and where your booth lands changes everything from your dock and freight window to which of the 40+ vertical markets walks past you. The most expensive PACK EXPO mistake isn’t a bad booth; it’s a booth designed without knowing its building.
Four connected buildings with their own docks, freight rhythms and move-in schedules — and Chicago’s union jurisdictions governing who touches what on the floor. A plan written for “McCormick Place” isn’t a plan; it’s a mailing address. We design and schedule for your specific building and confirm it before anything is fabricated or booked.
PACK EXPO buyers evaluate three things: equipment running, material samples they can handle, and whether your team can talk line integration on the spot. That means the booth is infrastructure — power for the demo planned early, sightlines to the running equipment from the aisle, and a place to sit down when the conversation gets serious.
An October show means the advance-order window closes in late summer, when half the people who need to approve things are on vacation — and fall is the most crowded stretch of the trade-show calendar, so freight lanes and labour books fill early. The exact deadline for this edition is in the facts strip at the top of this page.
Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show, the venue or the show’s general contractor — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.
Big fall shows are where exhibit-house invoices go to grow: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.
Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for Chicago and available as a custom build for your brand — rented, not bought. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. For an October show that puts the binding constraint in late summer, squarely inside vacation season and just ahead of the most crowded freight-and-labour stretch of the trade-show year.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
“They never just build the booth and disappear — I always know I have someone on call and ready to jump in when the unexpected inevitably happens. That level of responsiveness makes a huge difference in high-pressure event environments.”
