Hair, nails, skin, spa, brows — this floor sells on sight. Your booth has three seconds to prove it belongs.
Fixed-price Premiere Orlando exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so the finish that has to hold up under beauty-industry lighting and a live demo stage has already stood up once.
Filters the booths below — every one shows its Orlando price.
Premiere Orlando draws hair, nails, skincare, spa & wellness, barbering, makeup, lashes and brows professionals and students — an audience that buys on sight, in a room built for live demonstration. With 500+ exhibiting brands (2026) sharing that floor, everyone from a major manufacturer to a first-time independent professional needs a booth that reads as credible from the aisle. The work below is what we build for brands whose product is judged on finish: structures designed around the demo and the lighting, with every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.
Microsoft
Modular island built to hold its finish under close-up show lighting.
IMAX
Large-format island engineered around a stage moment, not a static backdrop.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height LED as the structure — the kind of finish that reads from the aisle.
Teramind
1,800 sq ft island with demo zones built for a live, on-stage walkthrough.
Appdome
Demo theatre built to hold high-volume traffic without losing its polish.
Radware
Hands-on stations inside a four-sided island, finished for close inspection.
SpyCloud
Interactive stations arranged for the one-to-one conversation a demo needs.
WillowTree
Meeting-led layout — enclosed space off an open, photo-ready front.
The Orange County Convention Center is a sprawling, multi-building facility — North, South and West are effectively separate campuses under one name. Premiere Orlando runs in the West Complex specifically, which changes your freight window, your move-in rhythm and your dock target time from what a generic “OCCC” answer would assume. The most expensive Premiere Orlando mistake isn’t a bad booth; it’s a booth planned for the wrong building.
OCCC West Complex operates on its own docks and its own move-in rhythm, separate from the North and South buildings. Freight, labour and dock scheduling get planned to this building specifically — not to a generic “OCCC” assumption that could just as easily point you at the wrong campus.
This audience buys with its eyes, in a room built for live demonstration and stage culture. And because the floor spans everything from major manufacturers to independent professionals and students, booths arrive at wildly different scales — the bar is that every one of them needs to look credible, well-lit and finished, whatever the footprint.
June sits at the peak of the trade show calendar — dozens of industries are booking exhibit-house production capacity for the same handful of summer weeks. The constraint isn’t a holiday, it’s competition for the calendar itself. Book early and your build isn’t racing every other June show for the same production slots.
Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.
Trade show invoices grow the same way everywhere: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. For a June show that pressure is worse — Premiere Orlando lands in the middle of the industry’s busiest production season, when every exhibit house is stretched thin and vendors backfill margin any way they can. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.
Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for Orlando and available as a custom build for your brand — rented, not bought. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. For a June show that cutoff sits in mid-April, right as production calendars across the industry are at their most compressed for the summer season.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
