The entire recycled materials supply chain walks one floor. Your booth decides who stops.
Fixed-price ReMA exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so what stands up in Nashville has already stood up once on our floor.
Filters the booths below — every one shows its Nashville price.
The ReMA floor is dominated by equipment — shredders, shears, balers and sorting lines that move, roar and draw crowds by existing. If you’re a processor, a trader, a broker or a technology brand, your booth can’t out-muscle a machine; it has to out-think one. The work below shows how we do that: custom structures built around a demo, a meeting or a single readable message, with every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.
Microsoft
One modular island re-skinned across a full show calendar — the play for teams running ReMA alongside other industry dates.
WillowTree
Enclosed meeting rooms off an open front — built for an industry where the real deals are done sitting down.
Teramind
1,800 sq ft of command presence — equipment-hall scale without hauling a single machine.
IMAX
A large-format island built around one anchor experience that pulls traffic off the aisle.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height LED as the structure itself — motion that competes with running equipment.
Radware
Hands-on stations inside a four-sided island — show a process working, not a poster describing it.
SpyCloud
Interactive stations arranged for one-to-one conversations — the rhythm of a relationship-driven floor.
Appdome
A demo theatre built for high-volume technical traffic between session blocks.
ReMA 2027 lands in Nashville with the venue to be announced — the facts strip at the top of this page updates automatically the moment it’s official. That sounds like a reason to wait. It isn’t: everything that decides whether your booth works — the design, the fixed price, the build — is venue-independent, and the venue-specific paperwork is exactly the part we handle for you when the exhibitor manual publishes.
We design and quote now and slot the venue in later. Your booth is engineered as a self-contained structure, so hall assignment changes logistics, not design. The moment the venue is announced and the exhibitor manual publishes, we map every deadline, book the freight window and file every order at advance rates — you don’t reopen a single decision.
Operating equipment is the loudest thing in any hall, and at ReMA it’s everywhere. Booths that win here don’t imitate it — they counter-program: height and lighting for visibility over the iron, a demo or interaction that earns a stop, and enclosed space to talk numbers, because this is a floor where contracts get discussed face to face.
An April show means advance-order deadlines land in mid-February and design lock lands before that — with the year-end holidays sitting inside your concept phase if you start late. The exact advance-order date is in the facts strip at the top of this page and updates automatically each edition. Work backwards from it, not from show week.
Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging, cleaning and internet are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show and venue — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates once the venue’s rate card is published.
Trade show invoices grow in the gaps: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged — and a TBA venue gives a loose estimate even more room to move. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price — venue announcement or not, it doesn’t move.
Your booth stands fully assembled, powered and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.
Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for Nashville and available as a custom build for your brand — rented, not bought. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. For an April show that puts the binding constraint in mid-February, which means the comfortable design months are the ones on either side of the year-end holidays. Start in the fall and every step below happens at advance rates and without a rush fee.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
