SAP customers and partners fill this floor to compare roadmaps. Your booth is the first data point they collect.
Fixed-price SAP Sapphire exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so the booth representing your SAP practice has already passed its own inspection.

SAP Sapphire draws SAP customers, implementation partners and the wider enterprise software ecosystem — an audience that judges a vendor’s credibility partly on the polish of the booth in front of them. The work below is what we build for enterprise software brands: structures designed around the roadmap conversation and the demo, with every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.
Microsoft
Modular island scaled for an enterprise software brand running a national show programme.
WillowTree
Meeting-led layout with enclosed rooms for the roadmap conversations this floor runs on.
Teramind
1,800 sq ft island with demo zones built for enterprise software walkthroughs.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height LED as the structure — built to anchor a booth at convention-center scale.
Radware
Hands-on stations inside a four-sided island — built for IT buyers comparing vendors side by side.
SpyCloud
Interactive stations arranged for the one-to-one conversation enterprise buyers came for.
Appdome
Demo theatre built to hold steady, high-volume booth traffic across three show days.
IMAX
Large-format island proof that an enterprise brand can still command scale on a big floor.
SAP Sapphire runs co-hosted with the ASUG Annual Conference — SAP’s own customers, partners and the wider enterprise software ecosystem all move through the same halls. That changes who stops at your booth and what they’re there to evaluate. The most expensive Sapphire mistake isn’t a bad booth; it’s a booth built for a generic tech-show crowd instead of practitioners who already run SAP.
A big, multi-building convention center means real distance between halls, defined move-in windows and labour coordination governed by the show’s general contractor. Freight that misses its window waits — and waiting here is billed by the hour. We plan the booth to the building’s schedule, not the other way around.
Sapphire attendees range from SAP’s own practitioners deep in a specific module to partners scouting the broader ecosystem. The booths that win speak to both — a message readable in seconds for the walker, and a real conversation ready for the practitioner who stops. We design the layout for that split, not a single generic pitch.
May sits at the peak of enterprise software’s spring conference season, when every major SAP partner and vendor is booking production for the same handful of weeks. There’s no holiday to blame — the risk is purely queue position. The real deadline for a locked design is roughly eight weeks out, and the earlier you’re in that queue, the more attention your build gets.
Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.
Trade show invoices grow the same way everywhere: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.
Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for Orlando and available as a custom build for your brand — rented, not bought. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. For Sapphire that cutoff sits right in the middle of enterprise software’s busiest conference stretch, when the production weeks this timeline assumes are the same weeks every other spring show is competing for.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
“They never just build the booth and disappear — I always know I have someone on call and ready to jump in when the unexpected inevitably happens. That level of responsiveness makes a huge difference in high-pressure event environments.”
