The largest broadband event in the Americas. Your booth gets three seconds of an engineer’s attention.
Fixed-price TechExpo exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships — and with show week counted in weeks rather than months, pre-built is the word that matters most on this page.
Filters the booths below — every one shows its Atlanta price.
TechExpo’s aisles are walked by network engineers, plant operations leads and access-network architects — people who evaluate hardware and platforms for a living and can read a thin demo from three booths away. The work below is what we build for technology companies: custom structures designed around the demo, not around the furniture, with every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.
Microsoft
Modular island scaled across a multi-show programme — the approach a rotating show rewards.
IMAX
Large-format island engineered around a single immersive viewing experience.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height LED as the structure itself — readable the length of a convention hall.
Teramind
1,800 sq ft island with interactive demo zones built for technical traffic.
Appdome
Demo theatre engineered for high-volume, deeply technical Q&A.
Radware
Hands-on stations in a four-sided island — for engineers who want to touch the gear.
SpyCloud
Interactive stations arranged for one-to-one technical conversation.
WillowTree
Meeting-led layout — enclosed rooms off an open demo front for partner conversations.
SCTE TechExpo — run by the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers, a CableLabs subsidiary, and co-hosted by Charter Communications and AMC Global Media — lands this edition at the Georgia World Congress Center in downtown Atlanta. The dates and the advance-order deadline are in the facts strip above. The venue has its own logistics rhythm, and the most expensive TechExpo mistake isn’t a bad booth; it’s a booth planned without knowing how this building actually moves freight.
At the Georgia World Congress Center the exhibit hall sits on the lower level, which means everything you ship moves through marshalling, dock scheduling and down to hall level before it ever reaches your space. Missed dock targets compound fast. We book the freight window and target time for your booth and build the install plan around the building, not around a generic show-site checklist.
This is a floor of racks, fiber, RF gear and live network demos, in front of an audience of cable and broadband engineers. A booth here has to hold working equipment — powered, cabled, cooled and serviceable — not just backlit graphics. We design demo stations, cable routing and equipment counters into the structure from the first rendering, and calculate the client-direct power orders your gear will actually need.
TechExpo rotates cities, so a booth designed as a one-off for a single hall is money spent once. The rental model is built for exactly this: your design files, layout and brand system carry forward, and next edition we re-price and re-engineer the same booth for whichever city the show lands in. This page follows the show, not the city.
Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.
Compressed timelines are where exhibit-house invoices go to grow: rush surcharges, labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually, no matter how close to show week we start. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.
Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for Atlanta and available as a custom build for your brand — rented, not bought, and pre-built at our facility before it ships to the Georgia World Congress Center. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The exact show dates and the advance-order deadline are in the facts strip at the top of this page — and the honest summary is that the leisurely six-month runway is gone and the advance-rate windows are the next thing to close. What’s left is the pre-built path: booth structures that already exist at our facility, adapted to your brand, photo-approved, and freighted to Atlanta. Fastest version of the next seven weeks, in order:
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
“They never just build the booth and disappear — I always know I have someone on call and ready to jump in when the unexpected inevitably happens. That level of responsiveness makes a huge difference in high-pressure event environments.”
“I’ve worked with Pure Exhibits for almost a year now, and have had such a great experience! They are our go-to for trade shows, and create memorable booths that represent our brand well. The team is incredibly responsive and reliable.”
