2,300+ brands and a floor full of built vehicles. Your booth is competing with the cars.
Fixed-price SEMA Show exhibits โ design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so the booth that stands up next to a show car in Las Vegas has already stood up once at our facility.
Filters the booths below โ every one shows its Las Vegas price.
SEMA buyers walk past hundreds of aftermarket displays โ and past the builds themselves. A parts brand’s booth has to work like a product display and a garage at once: the structure frames the hardware, the lighting sells the finish, and the layout leaves room for the conversation that turns a distributor into an account. The work below shows the fabrication standard every Pure Exhibits booth is held to โ custom structures designed around what you’re showing, with every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.
Microsoft
Modular island scaled across a multi-show programme โ the model for a brand running SEMA plus regional shows.
IMAX
Large-format island built around a viewing experience โ the scale a vehicle display footprint demands.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height LED as the structure โ built for running dyno pulls, install footage and product reels at scale.
Teramind
1,800 sq ft island with demo zones โ the footprint class where SEMA vehicle displays live.
Appdome
Demo theatre built for high-volume technical traffic โ the rhythm of a busy parts counter.
Radware
Hands-on stations in a four-sided island โ the format that lets buyers put hands on product.
SpyCloud
Stations arranged for one-to-one conversation โ where distributor and dealer deals actually close.
WillowTree
Enclosed meeting rooms off an open front โ private space for programme and pricing conversations.
The SEMA Show takes over the whole Las Vegas Convention Center โ every hall, including the West Hall โ plus the outdoor lots and demo areas around it. Each hall carries its own product sections, its own docks and its own move-in rhythm, and where your booth lands changes everything from your freight window to which buyers ever walk past you. The most expensive SEMA mistake isn’t a bad booth; it’s a booth designed without knowing its hall.
SEMA organises the floor by product section, so your hall is decided by what you sell โ and each building has different docks, ceiling heights and move-in windows. A plan built for the wrong hall costs real money at the dock. We confirm your hall and section before anything is designed, and plan freight and labour to that building’s schedule, not the show’s mailing address.
SEMA’s show floor is full of feature builds โ and a booth that would dominate a regional parts show can vanish beside them. Height, lighting and finish do disproportionate work here: the structure has to frame your product the way a builder frames a car. If you’re displaying a vehicle yourself, the booth gets engineered around it โ sightlines, clearances and turntable or ramp staging planned from day one.
SEMA lands in early November, which puts your advance-order deadlines in September and your design lock in late summer โ while your team is deep in its own fall season. Miss the advance window and you’re not late, you’re paying floor rates for everything. The exact dates for this edition are in the facts strip at the top of this page, and they update automatically.
Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging, cleaning and internet are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show and venue โ no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.
A big fall show is where exhibit-house invoices go to grow: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite โ the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build โ not a render.
Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit โ so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows โ filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for Las Vegas and available as a custom build for your brand โ rented, not bought. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show โ the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. For a November show that means the binding decisions happen in late summer, while your team is in the middle of its own selling season. Here’s the timeline, worked backwards from move-in.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing โ including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
