Every retail decision-maker you want is here. Your booth has one lap of the floor to earn the second visit.
Fixed-price Shoptalk exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so what stands up at Mandalay Bay has already stood up once.
Filters the booths below — every one shows its Las Vegas price.
Shoptalk’s floor is walked by retailers, brands and investors who sit through two days of stage content about the future of commerce — then judge your booth by whether it shows that future or just talks about it. The work below is what we build for companies selling technology and services into retail: custom structures designed around the demo and the meeting, with every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.
Microsoft
Enterprise island scaled across a multi-show retail and tech programme.
WillowTree
Meeting-led layout — the format Shoptalk’s scheduled-meeting culture rewards.
Teramind
1,800 sq ft island with interactive demo zones for hands-on product proof.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height LED as the structure — built for showing a live commerce experience, not a slide.
IMAX
Large-format island built around an immersive brand experience.
SpyCloud
Interactive stations arranged for one-to-one buyer conversations.
Radware
Hands-on learning stations in a four-sided island — a 20×20 that works like a 40×40.
Appdome
Demo theatre built for high-volume technical traffic — mobile commerce runs on trust.
Shoptalk fills Mandalay Bay Convention Center with the people who run retail — merchants, brands, marketplaces and the technology companies courting them — and much of the floor’s traffic moves on pre-arranged meetings, not aimless wandering. A booth here has two jobs at once: stop the walker between sessions, and give the scheduled meeting somewhere worth sitting down. Design for only one of those and you’ve paid for half a booth.
Everything happens under one roof — exhibit halls, stages and meeting programme — which simplifies your footprint but concentrates everyone’s freight into the same docks and the same move-in windows. Targeted dock times, marshalling and venue rules decide whether your install is calm or chaotic. We plan freight and labour to Mandalay Bay’s actual schedule, not the show’s mailing address.
This is a decision-maker crowd on a tight agenda between keynotes and curated meetings. The winning booth reads in one glance — what you do for a retailer, provable in a two-minute demo — and has a place to hold the conversation that follows. We design for that rhythm: open demo front, meeting space behind it.
A March show means your advance-order deadlines land in late January, while your team is still closing out the new-year rush — and spring show season stacks freight and labour demand across every Las Vegas venue at once. The exact advance-order date is in the facts strip at the top of this page. Miss it and you’re paying floor rates for everything.
Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging, cleaning and internet are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show and venue — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.
Trade show invoices grow in the gap between the estimate and the show: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.
Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for Las Vegas and available as a custom build for your brand — rented, not bought. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. For a March show that puts the binding decisions in late January, when your team is still digging out of the new year. Everything upstream of that date is design freedom; everything downstream is floor rates and compromises.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
