SHOT is trade-only. Everyone walking your aisle is a buyer — and they’ll pick your product up to test it.
Fixed-price SHOT Show exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so what stands up across two connected buildings has already stood up once, on our floor — with finishes built to take being handled all week.
Filters the booths below — every one shows its Las Vegas price.
SHOT is a working floor — dealers, distributors and buyers who pick the product up, test the action and lean on the counter to talk terms. The work below is the engineering we bring to that: custom structures built around product-in-hand and the over-the-counter conversation, with durable finishes and secure display designed in, every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.

SHOT Show fills the Venetian Expo and Caesars Forum — two separate buildings connected on Level 2 by the SHOT Bridge, across roughly 800,000 square feet on two exhibit levels. Which building and which level you land on changes your docks, your foot traffic and your freight window. The most expensive SHOT mistake isn’t a bad booth; it’s a booth designed without knowing which building it stands in.
The SHOT Bridge links the two on Level 2, but they load and move in separately, on different dock schedules. A booth on the Caesars Forum floor plays to different traffic than one deep in the Venetian Expo. We confirm your building and level before anything is designed, and plan freight to that building — not to the show’s mailing address.
SHOT admits no public — every attendee is a dealer, buyer, distributor or media. They don’t watch demos, they handle the gear. The booth that works is built for product in hand: durable finishes that survive the week, secure display for high-value and controlled items, and room for a real conversation over the counter.
SHOT opens the industry’s year in January, so approvals and graphics land across Thanksgiving and the December holidays — when production everywhere runs half-speed. The real deadline for a locked design is mid-November. Miss it and you’re not late, you’re paying floor rates for everything.
Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.
SHOT is where exhibit-house invoices go to grow: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.
Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for Las Vegas and available as a custom build for your brand — rented, not bought. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. But for SHOT the binding constraint arrives even earlier: the production weeks this timeline assumes don’t exist between Thanksgiving and New Year.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
