Smarter Faster Payments Booth Rentals

Compliance officers and CFOs are walking this floor. Your booth needs to look like it belongs in the room.

Fixed-price Smarter Faster Payments exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so the booth representing your brand to banks, fintechs, associations and regulators has already proven itself before it ever reaches National Harbor.

Built for credibility-first brands

The kind of booth a payments audience trusts

Smarter Faster Payments draws financial institutions, fintechs, solution providers, associations, corporates, government, legal and treasury/risk/compliance professionals — buyers who read a booth as a credibility signal long before they read it as a pitch. The work below is what we build for brands whose product has to be trusted on sight: enterprise-grade structures with room for a real technical demo, moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.

Know the floor before you plan the booth

Smarter Faster Payments isn’t a tech show. It’s a trust exercise.

Nacha’s Smarter Faster Payments floor is where financial institutions, fintechs, solution providers, associations, corporates, government, legal and treasury/risk/compliance professionals size each other up. The most expensive mistake here isn’t a bland booth — it’s a booth that reads as flashy-for-flashy’s- sake to an audience that buys on trust.

Gaylord National Harbor

Resort and convention center, one property

This is a combined hotel-and-convention-center venue, not a standalone hall — dock access, loading windows and move-in coordination share the property with a large operating resort. That’s a genuinely different logistics rhythm than a dedicated convention center, and it changes how freight windows and dock target times get booked. We plan to the property’s actual schedule, not a generic hall timeline.

A credibility-first floor

Compliance-conscious, enterprise buyers

Attendees here run long enterprise sales cycles and read a booth as a signal of institutional soundness before they read your pitch. A booth that dominates on volume or novelty can actually read as a red flag. We design for secure, deliberate, enterprise-grade — sightlines and finishes that earn a second conversation, not just a first glance.

Two different programs

In-person show vs. virtual event

Nacha also runs a separate, virtual-only “Remote Connect” event later in the year — a different program with different dates and a different format from this in-person National Harbor show. Plan and book each on its own calendar; don’t assume one covers the other.

What we handle at Smarter Faster Payments
  • Enterprise-grade design built for a compliance-conscious buyer
  • Layout submission and show approval, filed early
  • Electrical, rigging and material handling calculated at advance rates
  • On-site labor coordination and supervision through move-in
  • COI, EAC and exhibitor-manual deadlines mapped to our calendar
  • Dock target times, dismantle, pack and outbound freight for the resort/convention center property
Billed by the show, not by us

Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.

  • Booth space
  • Electrical drops and floor distribution
  • Material handling (drayage)
  • Rigging, if you’re hanging a sign
  • Daily cleaning · internet
Why a fixed price matters most here

The budget you present in December should survive April

Trade show invoices grow the same way everywhere: labor hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. For a compliance-minded exhibitor, an invoice that moves after approval is its own credibility problem. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.

01

One number, and it holds

Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.

02

Proven before it ships

Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.

03

Show costs, known up front

Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.

04

The paperwork is ours

COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.

We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.

Working backwards from April

Your real deadline is in February

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. For an April show that puts the cutoff in mid-February — but the layout-submission and graphics- finalization steps that come before it land squarely across the December holidays, when approvals stall and production runs half-speed everywhere. Building that slack in now is what keeps mid-February a formality instead of a scramble.

SEP–NOVBrief, concepts and the fixed price locked. Full design freedom.
DECEMBERLayout submitted for show approval — placement confirmed, right as the holiday production slowdown begins.
JANUARYGraphics finalised and sent to production, catching up from the holiday break.
MID-FEBDesign locked. Advance electrical and rigging filed.

SHOW WEEKCrew installs in your move-in slot. You walk in at handover.

Five questions to ask anyone quoting your Smarter Faster Payments booth

Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.

1 Will you put the total price in writing before I sign — and hold it? Ours: yes. Every booth on this page is published with its price. The quote and the final invoice are the same number, contractually. Printed above · hold us to it
2 Do design revisions become change orders? Ours: never. Revisions are unlimited until you approve, and the price is locked before design starts — a better idea in January costs nothing.
3 Will I see my actual booth before it ships — or a render? Ours: the actual booth, fully assembled and lit at our facility, photographed for your sign-off before it ships. Renders are promises; photographs are evidence — a standard this audience is built to appreciate.
4 Who files my advance show orders, and at which rate? Ours: we do, at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Those deadlines land right after the December holidays — if a vendor can’t answer this immediately, that’s your answer.
5 What happens to my timeline over the December holidays? Ours: nothing changes on your end — because design gets locked and advance orders get filed before the holiday slowdown hits, not after. Any vendor still finalising graphics in January is racing a deadline you never should have felt.

Questions Smarter Faster Payments exhibitors actually ask

Smarter Faster Payments booth rental FAQs

How much does a Smarter Faster Payments booth rental cost?
Every booth on this page is published with its National Harbor price — fixed and all-inclusive: design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, freight, labor coordination and project management. Separately, the show bills you directly for booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning; we calculate those for your exact booth before you commit, so the total is known before you sign anything.
When should I book a booth for Smarter Faster Payments?
Lock your design well ahead of the advance-order deadline shown in the facts strip at the top of this page — that date updates automatically each edition. Because the layout-approval and graphics-finalization steps in between land across the December holidays, exhibitors who start the conversation in late summer or early fall keep full design freedom instead of racing a slowed-down calendar.
What’s logistics like at the Gaylord National Harbor Resort & Convention Center?
Different rhythm than a standalone convention center — the exhibit hall shares the property with a large operating resort, so dock access, loading windows and move-in coordination run alongside hotel operations rather than in isolation. We book your freight window and dock target time to the property’s actual schedule, and your project manager and install supervisor are on site through move-in.
Our audience is compliance officers and risk teams, not consumers. Does that change the booth design?
Yes, and it should. This floor is walked by financial institutions, fintechs, solution providers, associations, corporates, government, legal and treasury/risk/compliance professionals who read a booth as a credibility signal before they read it as a pitch. We design for that: clean sightlines, finishes that read as enterprise-grade, and demo areas built for a sit-down technical conversation rather than a crowd-pulling stunt.
Will a rental look custom, or will it look reused?
Every booth is fabricated for your brand — custom graphics, layout, lighting and finishes on a modular structure underneath. The builds shown above are rentals. Before yours ships, it stands fully assembled and lit at our facility and you approve photographs of the actual booth, not a render.
Can I install the booth myself to save on labor?
Booth installation runs on contracted labor governed by the show’s rules, and either way it isn’t your problem to arrange: labor coordination and on-site supervision are inside our fixed price, filed at advance rather than floor rates.
What happens if something goes wrong during move-in?
Your project manager and our install supervisor are on site through move-in and reachable across show days. Because everything was assembled and checked before shipping, the problems that usually surface at this stage — missing hardware, graphics that don’t fit, panels that won’t seat — have already been found and fixed on our floor, weeks earlier.
A vendor just fell through. How fast can you deliver a Smarter Faster Payments booth?
Four to six weeks from approval to show floor for complete pre-built, photo-verified booths from 10×10 through 20×40 — at the same fixed price as a six-month lead time, with no rush surcharge. The earlier you call relative to the December holidays, the more of that window sits outside the production slowdown.
Is this the same show as Nacha’s Remote Connect event?
No. Smarter Faster Payments at the Gaylord National Harbor Resort & Convention Center is Nacha’s in-person, on-the-floor show. Remote Connect is a separate, virtual-only program held later in the year with its own dates and format. They’re different events — this page, and every booth we build from it, is for the in-person National Harbor show.
