TISE — The International Surface Event Trade Show Booth Rentals

Every buyer on this floor sells surfaces for a living. They will notice the finish on your booth before they notice the finish on your product.

Fixed-price TISE exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so the booth that greets nineteen thousand flooring, stone and tile buyers at Mandalay Bay has already stood up once, powered and checked, on our floor.

Built for brands that sell on material

The kind of booth a showroom buyer takes seriously

TISE draws flooring retailers, tile and stone contractors, installers and designers who handle material all day, every day — people who judge a product by the edge, the grout line and how it takes light, and who can tell a printed backwall from a real finish at twenty feet. The work below is what we build for design-led and consumer brands: structures with real material where the hand lands, lighting that shows colour honestly, and somewhere to sit and write the order, with every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.

Know the floor before you plan the booth

TISE isn’t a browsing show. It’s three shows of heavy product under one roof.

TISE fills the Mandalay Bay Convention Center — a hotel-campus venue at the south end of the Strip, not a standalone hall — with SURFACES, StonExpo and TileExpo running side by side, and the education day opening on the Monday before the hall does. It’s also the same week Design & Construction Week takes over the Las Vegas Convention Center, so the city’s freight, labour and hotels are all under pressure at once. Where your booth lands, how much your samples weigh, and whether your dock time was booked early all decide more than the graphics do. The most expensive TISE mistake isn’t a bad booth; it’s a beautiful one whose slabs are still in the marshalling yard on opening morning.

Mandalay Bay — a hotel campus, not a hall

South Strip · resort docks · target times

Mandalay Bay’s exhibit halls sit inside a resort complex, and freight moves through its docks on the general contractor’s marshalling schedule rather than straight off the street. Stone and tile arrive by the crate and the pallet, which makes dock timing and floor loading the first design decisions, not the last. Sightlines are long and the ceilings generous, so height and lighting carry across the hall. We plan the booth to the hall, book the dock target time to your freight, and put a supervisor on the door.

Material is the message

Slabs · tile · LVT · carpet · installation demos

Buyers come to touch product — run a hand over a honed edge, walk on the plank, watch an installer set a tile. A booth that works here behaves like a flagship showroom: real material where the hand lands, display walls that carry the weight of a slab, colour-accurate lighting that doesn’t lie about a finish, and a table where an order can be written. We engineer the structure around the material load and the demonstration, and file the electrical early so nothing is dark on day one.

The December calendar

The holidays sit inside your build

An early-February show means the advance-order deadlines land in the first days of December, which means the approvals happen in November and the build runs through Christmas — while the Las Vegas freight and labour calendar is already stacked for CES, World of Concrete and SHOT Show in the weeks just before you. The real deadline for a locked design is late November. Miss it and you’re not late, you’re paying floor rates for electrical and material handling while chasing sign-offs through the holidays.

What we handle at Mandalay Bay
  • Hall-specific design — sightlines and display-wall placement planned for your actual location
  • Layout submission and show approval, including hanging signs and floor-load details, filed early
  • Electrical, rigging and material handling orders calculated to your sample weight and filed at advance rates
  • Labour coordination and on-site supervision through move-in and the Thursday close
  • COI, EAC and exhibitor-manual deadlines mapped to our calendar
  • Dock target times, dismantle after the show closes, pack and outbound freight
Billed by the show, not by us

Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show, the venue or the show’s general contractor — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.

  • Booth space
  • Electrical drops and floor distribution
  • Material handling (drayage)
  • Rigging, if you’re hanging a sign
  • Daily cleaning · internet
Why a fixed price matters most here

The budget you present in autumn should survive February

Trade show invoices have a habit of growing between quote and show: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.

01

One number, and it holds

Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.

02

Proven before it ships

Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.

03

Show costs, known up front

Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.

04

The paperwork is ours

COI, EAC, electrical, network, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.

We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.

Working backwards from February

Your real deadline is late November

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. For an early-February show that puts the binding constraint in the first days of December, which in practice means before Thanksgiving: the build then runs through the holidays and into a Las Vegas January already booked solid with CES, World of Concrete and SHOT Show.

AUG–SEPTBrief, concepts and the fixed price locked. Full design freedom.
OCTLayout submitted for show approval — placement, hanging sign and floor load confirmed.
EARLY NOVGraphics finalised and sent to production; display-wall, slab-mount and demo specs confirmed.
LATE NOVDesign locked. Advance electrical, rigging and material handling filed before Thanksgiving. After this, floor rates own your budget.
MID-DECFreight window and Mandalay Bay dock target time booked to your sample weight.
MID-JANBooth built, lit, powered and photographed for your approval before it ships to Mandalay Bay.
SHOW WEEKCrew installs in your move-in slot. You walk in at handover before the Tuesday open.

Five questions to ask anyone quoting your TISE booth

Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.

1 Will you put the total price in writing before I sign — and hold it? Ours: yes. Every booth on this page is published with its price. The quote and the final invoice are the same number, contractually. Printed above · hold us to it
2 Do design revisions become change orders? Ours: never. Revisions are unlimited until you approve, and the price is locked before design starts — a better idea in October costs nothing.
3 Will I see my actual booth before it ships — or a render? Ours: the actual booth, fully assembled, powered and lit at our facility, photographed for your sign-off before it leaves for Las Vegas. Renders are promises; photographs are evidence.
4 Who files my advance show orders, and at which rate? Ours: we do, at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Stone, tile and flooring samples are the heaviest freight on any show floor, so material handling at TISE is often the largest line on your bill after space — the advance-versus-floor spread is real money. If a vendor can’t answer this immediately, that’s your answer.
5 IBS and KBIS are in town the same week. Does that affect our booth? Ours: it affects everyone’s booth — Design & Construction Week fills the Las Vegas Convention Center while TISE fills Mandalay Bay, so labour crews, trucks and hotel rooms are all spoken for at once. It’s why we book your dock time and crew in December, not January, and why your booth ships photo-approved rather than half-built. Ask any vendor how many Las Vegas installs they have that week and who’s supervising yours.

Questions TISE exhibitors actually ask

TISE booth rental FAQs

How much does a TISE booth rental cost?
Every booth on this page is published with its Las Vegas price — fixed and all-inclusive: design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, freight, labour coordination and project management. Separately, the show, Mandalay Bay and the show’s general contractor bill you directly for booth space, electrical, material handling, rigging and cleaning; we calculate those for your exact booth and sample weight before you commit, so the total is known before you sign anything.
When should I book a booth for TISE?
Lock your design by late November. The advance-order deadlines for an early-February show land in the first days of December, and the build then runs through the holidays — start the conversation in late summer for full design freedom. The exact advance-order deadline for the next edition is in the facts strip at the top of this page and updates automatically.
What’s move-in like at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center?
Mandalay Bay is a resort campus, so freight comes through its docks on the general contractor’s marshalling schedule with dock target times, and heavy crated material takes longer to move than a graphics case. We book your dock slot to your freight, route the truck to the right hall, and put an install supervisor on site so your team never has to learn the venue’s logistics themselves.
Our samples are heavy — slabs, tile crates, flooring pallets. Can the booth carry and display them?
Yes, and it’s the most important planning conversation for a TISE booth. We engineer the structure around the material — display walls that take the weight of a slab, plank and tile floors laid over proper substrate, sample racks at handling height, colour-accurate lighting — and file the floor-load and material handling details the show needs. Everything is verified against the booth as built on our floor before it ships.
Will a rental look custom, or will it look reused?
Every booth is fabricated for your brand — custom graphics, layout, lighting and finishes on a modular structure underneath. The builds shown above are rentals. Before yours ships, it stands fully assembled and lit at our facility and you approve photographs of the actual booth, not a render.
Can I install the booth myself to save on labour?
Mandalay Bay’s show floor runs on contracted labour, and the show’s general contractor governs who may build what. Either way it isn’t your problem to arrange: labour coordination and on-site supervision are inside our fixed price, filed at advance rather than floor rates.
What happens if something goes wrong during move-in?
Your project manager and our install supervisor are on site through move-in and reachable across all three show days. Because everything was assembled and checked before shipping, the problems that usually surface at this stage — missing hardware, graphics that don’t fit, display walls that won’t seat — have already been found and fixed on our floor, weeks earlier.
A vendor just fell through. How fast can you deliver a TISE booth?
Four to six weeks from approval to show floor for complete pre-built, photo-verified booths from 10×10 through 20×40 — at the same fixed price as a six-month lead time, with no rush surcharge. For a February show the constraint is the holiday freight window, not our build: the earlier in the autumn you call, the more of that window sits at advance rather than floor rates.
Do you handle events off the show floor — dealer dinners, hospitality suites, showroom activations?
Yes — hospitality suites at Mandalay Bay, dealer dinners and satellite activations along the Strip run under the same fixed-price model, coordinated by the same project manager as your booth.
