Our turnkey rental is all-inclusive regarding the build. It covers the booth structure, custom graphics printing & installation, furniture, raised flooring/carpet, lighting, AV hardware rental, round-trip shipping to the warehouse, and union installation/dismantle labor. Venue services like electricity, internet, and drayage are billed separately by the LVCC.
We offer fixed-price rentals based on booth size (e.g., 20x20, 30x30). The price includes full customization of the design layout, branding, and structural elements to fit your goals. Whether you need secure meeting rooms or open demo stations, the rental price remains fixed—no hourly billing for design changes.
