TPE Trade Show Booth Rentals

Every badge on this floor belongs to a buyer. Your booth is the pitch they walk into.

Fixed-price TPE exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so the booth that opens the show in Las Vegas has already stood up once at our facility.

Know the floor before you plan the booth

TPE isn’t a consumer expo. It’s a buying floor.

Total Product Expo fills the Las Vegas Convention Center with the tobacco, vape and alternative-products trade — and everyone past the badge check is 21+, credentialed, and there on business. That changes what a booth has to do: it isn’t selling to a crowd, it’s closing with buyers. The most expensive TPE mistake is bringing a consumer-show booth to a wholesale floor.

LVCC — big-hall logistics

Marshalling, docks & union labour

The Las Vegas Convention Center runs on marshalling-yard check-ins, scheduled dock targets and contracted union labour — miss a freight window and your booth waits while the clock runs. We plan the build around the venue’s actual move-in rhythm: freight timed to your dock target, labour booked in advance, supervision on site from the first crate.

A trade-only, 21+ floor

Distributors, wholesale & retail

No consumers means no gimmick traffic — every conversation can end in a purchase order. Winning TPE booths are merchandised like the shelf you want to be on: full product walls, clean category signage, sampling areas run to the show’s rules, and semi-private space where a distributor deal can actually be talked through.

Planning around dates TBA

The facts strip updates itself

The 2027 edition’s dates haven’t been officially confirmed — which is exactly why the facts strip at the top of this page pulls from our shows database and updates the moment they are. Nothing on this page hardcodes a date: the timeline below works backwards from the show week, so your plan is right whenever the announcement lands.

What we handle at TPE
  • Booth design merchandised for wholesale buyers, not consumers
  • Layout submission and show approval, filed early
  • Electrical, rigging and material handling calculated and filed at advance rates
  • Union labour coordination and on-site supervision
  • COI, EAC and exhibitor-manual deadlines mapped to our calendar
  • Dock target times, dismantle, pack and outbound freight
Billed by the show, not by us

Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show and venue — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.

  • Booth space
  • Electrical drops and floor distribution
  • Material handling (drayage)
  • Rigging, if you’re hanging a sign
  • Daily cleaning · internet
Why a fixed price matters most here

The budget you approve should survive the show

Trade show invoices grow in familiar ways: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.

01

One number, and it holds

Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.

02

Proven before it ships

Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.

03

Show costs, known up front

Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.

04

The paperwork is ours

COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.

We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.

Working backwards from the show week

Your real deadline is ~8 weeks before move-in

TPE 2027’s exact dates haven’t been announced — the facts strip at the top of this page will show them the moment they’re official. The plan doesn’t wait for the announcement, because every deadline that matters is pinned to the show week, not to a calendar page: advance-order pricing typically closes about eight weeks before move-in, and everything upstream works backwards from there.

Five questions to ask anyone quoting your TPE booth

Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.

1 Will you put the total price in writing before I sign — and hold it? Ours: yes. Every booth on this page is published with its price. The quote and the final invoice are the same number, contractually. Printed above · hold us to it
2 Do design revisions become change orders? Ours: never. Revisions are unlimited until you approve, and the price is locked before design starts — a better merchandising idea a month later costs nothing.
3 Will I see my actual booth before it ships — or a render? Ours: the actual booth, fully assembled and lit at our facility, photographed for your sign-off before it ships. Renders are promises; photographs are evidence.
4 Who files my advance show orders, and at which rate? Ours: we do, at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. The advance-versus-floor spread on drayage, electrical and rigging is real money — if a vendor can’t answer this immediately, that’s your answer.
5 The show’s dates aren’t announced yet — how do we plan? Ours: we plan backwards from the show week, not from a calendar page. The fixed price, design and approvals don’t depend on the date; when the announcement lands, we drop the confirmed dates into a timeline that’s already built — and the facts strip on this page updates automatically.

Questions TPE exhibitors actually ask

TPE booth rental FAQs

How much does a TPE booth rental cost?
Every booth on this page is published with its Las Vegas price — fixed and covering design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, freight, labour coordination and project management. Separately, the show and venue bill you directly for booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning; we calculate those for your exact booth before you commit, so the total is known before you sign anything.
TPE 2027’s dates aren’t announced yet. When should I start?
Now, honestly — because nothing in the early stages depends on the date. Design, the fixed price, and your booth layout can all be locked while the calendar is still open, and advance-order deadlines will land roughly eight weeks before move-in whenever the dates are set. The facts strip at the top of this page pulls from our shows database and updates automatically the moment dates are official.
TPE is trade-only and 21+. What does that change about booth design?
Everything is aimed at buyers rather than crowds. The booths that perform at TPE are merchandised like a category shelf — full product walls, clear line architecture, new-SKU callouts — with real space to sit a distributor down and talk terms. We design for the order-writing conversation first and the photo moment second.
Can the booth include product display walls and a private meeting space?
Yes — that combination is the standard TPE brief. Backlit product walls, lockable display casework and secure storage for inventory, plus semi-enclosed or fully enclosed meeting rooms for buyer conversations, all inside the fixed price. If you plan to sample on the floor, we design the service counter around the show’s rules for your product category.
Will a rental look custom, or will it look reused?
Every booth is fabricated for your brand — custom graphics, layout, lighting and finishes on a modular structure underneath. The builds shown above are rentals. Before yours ships, it stands fully assembled and lit at our facility and you approve photographs of the actual booth, not a render.
Can I install the booth myself to save on labour?
Las Vegas Convention Center floors run on contracted union labour, and show rules govern who may build what. Either way it isn’t your problem to arrange: labour coordination and on-site supervision are inside our fixed price, and the show-billed services around the install are filed at advance rather than floor rates.
What happens if something goes wrong during move-in?
Your project manager and our install supervisor are on site through move-in and reachable across show days. Because everything was assembled and checked before shipping, the problems that usually surface at this stage — missing hardware, graphics that don’t fit, panels that won’t seat — have already been found and fixed on our floor, weeks earlier.
A vendor just fell through. How fast can you deliver a TPE booth?
Four to six weeks from approval to show floor for complete pre-built, photo-verified booths from 10×10 through 20×40 — at the same fixed price as a six-month lead time, with no rush surcharge. The booth is still built, lit and photographed at our facility before it ships.
Do you handle events off the show floor — suites, activations, distributor dinners?
Yes — hotel suites, meeting spaces and satellite activations around the show run under the same fixed-price model, coordinated by the same project manager as your booth.
