Half this show is outdoors, under open sky, next to running machinery. Your booth has to hold up there too.
Fixed-price World of Concrete exhibits โ design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, and engineered heavy-duty for a floor where the product is measured in tons and half the show happens out in the lots.
Filters the booths below โ every one shows its Las Vegas price.
World of Concrete is a physical show โ heavy equipment, live demos and product you can put a boot on. The work below is how we build: custom structures engineered for load, durability and, where the booth sits outside, the weather too โ the same team that fabricates a polished indoor island. Whether your stand lands in a Central Hall aisle or out in the Silver Lot beside running machinery, it’s built to take the traffic, start to dismantle.
Microsoft
Modular island scaled across a multi-show programme.
IMAX
Large-format island built around a screening experience.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height LED as the structure, not an add-on to it.
Teramind
1,800 sq ft island with interactive demo zones.
Appdome
Security demo theatre built for high-volume technical traffic.
Radware
Hands-on learning stations inside a four-sided island.
SpyCloud
Interactive stations arranged for one-to-one conversation.
WillowTree
Meeting-led layout with enclosed rooms off an open front.
World of Concrete runs across the LVCC’s North, Central and South halls and spills into the Silver and Bronze outdoor lots, where heavy equipment, live demos and decorative-concrete displays sit under open sky. Whether your booth is indoors or out changes everything โ the structure, the freight, the power, even the weather it has to survive.
Inside, it’s a construction crowd that respects mass and build quality โ a booth that reads as flimsy loses credibility before a word is said. Heavy product means engineered floors and reinforced display; long halls mean height and sightlines do the work. We design for the specific hall and for the weight you’re putting on it.
Outdoors is a different build entirely: sun and wind, ground that isn’t a flat exhibit-hall floor, heavy equipment and live demonstrations as neighbours. Structures have to be weather-ready, ballasted and rated for the loads around them. It isn’t an indoor booth moved outside โ it’s engineered for the lot.
World of Concrete opens in January, so approvals and graphics land across Thanksgiving and the December holidays โ when production everywhere runs half-speed. The real deadline for a locked design is mid-November. Miss it and you’re not late, you’re paying floor rates for everything.
Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show โ no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.
World of Concrete is where exhibit-house invoices go to grow: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, rigging and supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite โ the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build โ not a render.
Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit โ so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows โ filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for Las Vegas and available as a custom build for your brand โ rented, not bought. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show โ the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. But for World of Concrete the binding constraint arrives even earlier: the production weeks this timeline assumes don’t exist between Thanksgiving and New Year, and an outdoor-lot build needs its ballast and placement settled on top.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing โ including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
“They never just build the booth and disappear โ I always know I have someone on call and ready to jump in when the unexpected inevitably happens. That level of responsiveness makes a huge difference in high-pressure event environments.”
