Dell Technologies World Trade Show Booth Rentals

Everyone in the Solutions Expo is already a customer of the host. Your booth has to earn its own conversation.

Fixed-price Dell Technologies World exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so the sponsor space that meets thousands of infrastructure and AI leaders in Las Vegas has already stood up once, powered and checked, on our floor.

Built for enterprise technology brands

The kind of booth an infrastructure buyer stops for

The Solutions Expo audience is architects, infrastructure owners and the executives who fund them — people moving between keynotes, labs and briefing-centre meetings with perhaps four minutes to give you. They came for the host’s roadmap; a sponsor earns attention by showing, quickly, where it fits inside that stack. The work below is what we build for enterprise technology companies: structures designed around a running demo and a place to sit down afterwards, carried by one team from first rendering to dismantle.

Know the event before you plan the booth

This isn’t an open trade show. It’s the host’s house.

Dell Technologies World is a vendor-owned conference, and that changes almost every planning assumption an exhibit manager carries in from an association show. Your footprint follows your sponsorship level rather than a floor-plan pick, the host’s sponsor guidelines decide what may be built on it, and the whole expo sits inside a resort rather than a freestanding hall. The costly mistake here isn’t a weak design — it’s a design drawn before anyone read the sponsor kit.

The Venetian — an expo inside a resort

Hotel-complex freight

The Solutions Expo is built inside The Venetian’s convention complex, so freight arrives at resort docks that also serve everything else the property is hosting that week. Targeted move-in windows are short and the route from dock to booth is long. We plan crate sizes, arrival sequence and install hours to that building, not to a generic hall — which is why the structure is fully assembled on our floor first and travels in the order it goes back up.

Sponsor level sets the canvas

Footprint · height · host approval

At a host-run event the sponsorship tier defines the space, and the sponsor guidelines govern height, structure, signage and how partner branding sits beside the host’s. Designs go through the host’s review as well as the usual show approvals. We read the kit before the first concept, design to the ceiling it actually allows, and submit early enough that a requested change is a revision, not a rebuild.

The May calendar

Memorial Day sits behind the show

A late-May show puts the advance-order cutoff around the end of March — inside quarter-close for most technology marketing teams, when sign-offs slow down. At the other end, dismantle runs straight into the Memorial Day weekend, so outbound freight has to be booked and labelled before the show opens or it waits out the holiday on someone’s dock at your expense.

What we handle at The Venetian
  • Design to your sponsor level — footprint, height and branding rules read before the first concept
  • Host design review and show approvals, filed early
  • Electrical, network, rigging and material handling orders calculated and filed at advance rates
  • Resort dock scheduling, union labour coordination and on-site supervision
  • COI, EAC and sponsor-kit deadlines mapped to our calendar
  • Dismantle, pack and outbound freight booked ahead of the holiday weekend
Billed by the show, not by us

Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show, the venue or the show’s general contractor — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.

  • Booth space
  • Electrical drops and floor distribution
  • Material handling (drayage)
  • Rigging, if you’re hanging a sign
  • Daily cleaning · internet
Why a fixed price matters most here

The budget you present in winter should survive May

Trade show invoices have a habit of growing between quote and show: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.

01

One number, and it holds

Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.

02

Proven before it ships

Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.

03

Show costs, known up front

Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.

04

The paperwork is ours

COI, EAC, electrical, network, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.

We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.

Working backwards from May

Your real deadline is in late March

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. For a late-May event that puts the binding constraint at the end of March, which for most technology companies is quarter-close: the approvals this timeline assumes are competing with everything else that has to be signed that week.

Take this to every vendor

Five questions to ask anyone quoting your Dell Technologies World booth

Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.

1 Will you put the total price in writing before I sign — and hold it? Ours: yes. Every booth on this page is published with its price. The quote and the final invoice are the same number, contractually. Printed above · hold us to it
2 Do design revisions become change orders? Ours: never. Revisions are unlimited until you approve, and the price is locked before design starts — a better idea in February costs nothing.
3 Will I see my actual booth before it ships — or a render? Ours: the actual booth, fully assembled, powered and lit at our facility, photographed for your sign-off before it leaves for Las Vegas. Renders are promises; photographs are evidence.
4 Who files my advance show orders, and at which rate? Ours: we do, at advance rates, mapped to every sponsor-kit and exhibitor-manual deadline. Infrastructure demos pull real power and dedicated network, and inside a resort venue the advance-versus-floor spread is wide — if a vendor can’t answer this immediately, that’s your answer.
5 Have you read the sponsor guidelines for our level? Ours: before the first concept — because at a host-run event the kit decides height, structure and branding, and the host reviews the design. A vendor who designs first and reads later is designing something you may not be allowed to build. Ask them directly.

Questions Dell Technologies World exhibitors actually ask

Dell Technologies World booth rental FAQs

How much does a Dell Technologies World booth rental cost?
Every booth on this page is published with its Las Vegas price — fixed and all-inclusive: design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, freight, labour coordination and project management. Separately, your sponsorship fee goes to the host, and the venue and the event’s general contractor bill you directly for electrical, network, drayage, rigging and cleaning; we calculate those for your exact booth before you commit, so the total is known before you sign anything.
When should I book a booth for Dell Technologies World?
Lock your design by late March. The advance-order deadlines for a late-May event land at quarter-close, when approvals slow down — start the conversation as soon as your sponsorship level is confirmed for full design freedom. The exact advance-order deadline for the next edition is in the facts strip at the top of this page and updates automatically.
Our sponsorship includes a defined space. Can you still build something custom on it?
In most cases, yes — within the sponsor guidelines for your level, which set the footprint, the height and how your branding sits alongside the host’s. We design to those limits from the first concept and take the design through the host’s review, so what you approve is what you are permitted to build.
What’s move-in like at The Venetian?
The expo is inside a resort convention complex, so freight moves through shared docks on short, targeted windows, and the push from dock to booth is longer than at a freestanding hall. We book your window early, pack in install order, and put a supervisor on site so your team never has to learn the building’s logistics themselves.
My booth runs live infrastructure demos. Can you handle the power and network?
Yes, and it’s the most important planning conversation for this event. We engineer the structure around your demo load — rack or appliance placement, cable routing, screen positions — then calculate the electrical and network orders your setup actually needs. Those services are billed to you directly by the venue, but we file them at advance rates and verify everything against the booth as built on our floor.
Will a rental look custom, or will it look reused?
Every booth is fabricated for your brand — custom graphics, layout, lighting and finishes on a modular structure underneath. The builds shown above are rentals. Before yours ships, it stands fully assembled and lit at our facility and you approve photographs of the actual booth, not a render.
Can I install the booth myself to save on labour?
Las Vegas show floors run on contracted union labour, and the event’s general contractor governs who may build what. Either way it isn’t your problem to arrange: labour coordination and on-site supervision are inside our fixed price, filed at advance rather than floor rates.
A vendor just fell through. How fast can you deliver a booth for this event?
Four to six weeks from approval to show floor for complete pre-built, photo-verified booths from 10×10 through 20×40 — at the same fixed price as a six-month lead time, with no rush surcharge. For a May event, the earlier in spring you call, the more of that window sits at advance rather than floor rates.
Do you handle meeting suites and customer events around the conference?
Yes — hotel suites, private meeting rooms and hosted evenings along the Strip run under the same fixed-price model, coordinated by the same project manager as your booth.
