HPE Discover Trade Show Booth Rentals

This audience reads architecture diagrams for a living. They will read your booth the same way.

Fixed-price HPE Discover exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so the partner space that meets thousands of networking, cloud and AI leaders in Las Vegas has already stood up once, powered and checked, on our floor.

The kind of booth a network architect trusts

HPE Discover organises its content into networking, cloud and AI, and attendees walk the floor the same way — looking for the partners that belong to the programme they came for. A sponsor’s booth has to declare its lane in one glance and then prove it with something running. The work below is what we build for technology companies: custom structures planned around the live demo and the one-to-one conversation that follows it, with one team accountable from first rendering to dismantle.

Know the event before you plan the booth

Partners don’t pick a spot here. They earn a place in the story.

HPE Discover is a host-run event: sponsorship level determines the space, the host’s guidelines determine what stands on it, and the floor is laid out to tell the host’s story across networking, cloud and AI. A partner booth that ignores that structure looks lost; one that works with it inherits the traffic the host has already organised. Knowing which of those you’re designing is the first decision, and it’s made before any rendering.

The Venetian Expo — halls under a hotel

Shared docks · targeted move-in

The Venetian Convention and Expo Center sits beneath and beside a working resort, so freight shares access with the property and move-in runs on tight targeted windows. Ceiling heights and rigging points vary across the halls, which matters for any hanging sign or tall structure. We plan crates, arrival order and install hours to that building, and we confirm what can hang before we draw it.

Demos that draw real load

Compute · networking · AI workloads

Attendees expect working product — switches passing traffic, dashboards on live telemetry, inference running on hardware they can see. That means dedicated circuits, often dedicated network, and heat to manage inside a closed counter. All of it is ordered client-direct from the venue and costs sharply more at floor rates. We engineer the booth around the load and file early, so nothing is dark on day one.

The June calendar

Desert heat and a crowded spring

A June event puts the advance-order cutoff in late April, at the end of a spring when most technology marketing teams have already run several shows and the approvers are travelling. Las Vegas in June also means trucks sitting in serious heat — adhesive-backed graphics, screens and electronics need to be packed and scheduled for it rather than left on a dock over a weekend.

What we handle at The Venetian Expo
  • Design to your sponsor level and programme — networking, cloud or AI — read from the sponsor kit first
  • Host design review and show approvals, filed early
  • Electrical, network, rigging and material handling orders calculated and filed at advance rates
  • Union labour coordination and on-site supervision through targeted move-in
  • COI, EAC and sponsor-kit deadlines mapped to our calendar
  • Heat-aware packing, freight scheduling, dismantle and outbound
Billed by the show, not by us

Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show, the venue or the show’s general contractor — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.

  • Booth space
  • Electrical drops and floor distribution
  • Material handling (drayage)
  • Rigging, if you’re hanging a sign
  • Daily cleaning · internet
Why a fixed price matters most here

The budget you present in winter should survive June

Trade show invoices have a habit of growing between quote and show: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.

01

One number, and it holds

Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.

02

Proven before it ships

Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.

03

Show costs, known up front

Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.

04

The paperwork is ours

COI, EAC, electrical, network, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.

We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.

Working backwards from June

Your real deadline is in late April

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the event — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. For a June event that puts the binding constraint in late April, in the thick of the spring show season, when the people who sign off on your design are on the road at someone else’s event.

Five questions to ask anyone quoting your HPE Discover booth

Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.

1 Will you put the total price in writing before I sign — and hold it? Ours: yes. Every booth on this page is published with its price. The quote and the final invoice are the same number, contractually. Printed above · hold us to it
2 Do design revisions become change orders? Ours: never. Revisions are unlimited until you approve, and the price is locked before design starts — a better idea in March costs nothing.
3 Will I see my actual booth before it ships — or a render? Ours: the actual booth, fully assembled, powered and lit at our facility, photographed for your sign-off before it leaves for Las Vegas. Renders are promises; photographs are evidence.
4 Who files my advance show orders, and at which rate? Ours: we do, at advance rates, mapped to every sponsor-kit and exhibitor-manual deadline. With networking and AI demos drawing dedicated circuits and live network, the advance-versus-floor spread at this venue is real money — if a vendor can’t answer this immediately, that’s your answer.
5 Which programme is my booth designed for — networking, cloud or AI? Ours: the one your buyers registered for, stated in the first three seconds of the design — because the floor and the agenda are organised that way and attendees navigate by it. A vendor who hasn’t asked is designing a generic technology booth. Ask them directly.

Questions HPE Discover exhibitors actually ask

HPE Discover booth rental FAQs

How much does an HPE Discover booth rental cost?
Every booth on this page is published with its Las Vegas price — fixed and all-inclusive: design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, freight, labour coordination and project management. Separately, your sponsorship fee goes to the host, and the venue and the event’s general contractor bill you directly for electrical, network, drayage, rigging and cleaning; we calculate those for your exact booth before you commit, so the total is known before you sign anything.
When should I book a booth for HPE Discover?
Lock your design by late April. The advance-order deadlines for a June event land in the busiest stretch of the spring show season, when approvers are travelling — start the conversation in winter for full design freedom. The exact advance-order deadline for the next edition is in the facts strip at the top of this page and updates automatically.
Our sponsorship comes with a set footprint. How much design freedom is there?
More than most sponsors use. The guidelines for your level fix the footprint, the height and how partner branding sits beside the host’s; inside those limits the layout, lighting, demo positions and meeting space are yours. We design to the kit from the first concept and take it through the host’s review, so what you approve is what you may build.
What’s move-in like at The Venetian Convention and Expo Center?
The halls share access with a working resort, so freight runs on targeted windows and a truck that misses its slot waits. Ceiling heights and rigging points differ between halls, which decides what can hang above your space. We book the window early, confirm rigging before we draw it, and put a supervisor on site for the install.
My booth runs live networking and AI demos. Can you handle power, network and heat?
Yes, and it’s the most important planning conversation for this event. We engineer the structure around your demo load — equipment placement, ventilation inside counters, cable routing, screen positions — then calculate the circuits and network drops your setup actually needs. The venue bills those to you directly; we file them at advance rates and verify everything against the booth as built on our floor.
Will a rental look custom, or will it look reused?
Every booth is fabricated for your brand — custom graphics, layout, lighting and finishes on a modular structure underneath. The builds shown above are rentals. Before yours ships, it stands fully assembled and lit at our facility and you approve photographs of the actual booth, not a render.
Can I install the booth myself to save on labour?
Las Vegas show floors run on contracted union labour, and the event’s general contractor governs who may build what. Either way it isn’t your problem to arrange: labour coordination and on-site supervision are inside our fixed price, filed at advance rather than floor rates.
A vendor just fell through. How fast can you deliver a booth for HPE Discover?
Four to six weeks from approval to show floor for complete pre-built, photo-verified booths from 10×10 through 20×40 — at the same fixed price as a six-month lead time, with no rush surcharge. For a June event, the earlier in spring you call, the more of that window sits at advance rather than floor rates.
Do you handle meeting suites and customer events around the conference?
Yes — hotel suites, private meeting rooms and hosted evenings along the Strip run under the same fixed-price model, coordinated by the same project manager as your booth.
