The industry norm is a second invoice that arrives after the show — drayage overages, labor hours, “show-site extras” — often adding 30–40% to what was quoted. What exactly is included in the fixed price for this Trade Show booth?
Everything on the package list above: structure, custom graphics, lighting, furniture, AV hardware, round-trip freight, installation, dismantle and a dedicated project manager. The show bills you directly for space, electrical, drayage and rigging — we calculate those for your budget and file the orders so the numbers are known before the show.
Can I customize this exact design?
Yes — every design on the site is a starting point. Colors, graphics, counters, meeting space, screens and layout can all change. Use the "Make It Yours" box above; revisions are unlimited and free until you approve.
Why does the price change by city?
Labor rates, freight distance and venue rules genuinely differ between convention cities — the same booth costs different amounts to deliver in Las Vegas versus Chicago. Select your city above and the number shown is your fixed, all-inclusive price for that show.
Will I see my booth before the show?
Twice. First as a 3D rendering you approve before anything is built, then as photos of your actual booth standing fully assembled at our facility before it ships. Problems get found on our floor, not during your move-in window.
How far in advance should I book a Trade Show rental?
Eight to twelve weeks is comfortable for a custom build; large islands and peak shows like CES need more. The binding constraints are show deadlines — advance electrical rates and rigging submissions close weeks before move-in — and we manage all of them from the day you book.
What happens if something breaks or is missing at the show?
You have a dedicated contact through show days, and our install team handles on-the-spot fixes. Because we designed, built, shipped and installed the booth, there is never a question of whose problem it is.
