Your stand, built on this side of the ocean.
Custom exhibition stands for CES, NAB, SEMA and every Las Vegas show — designed to your brief, fabricated in the US, and delivered on one fixed USD price signed before work starts. No ocean freight, no customs paperwork, no US entity required. Send your space size in metres; we handle the conversion and everything after it.
“`Filters the stands below — each shows its Las Vegas price.
Las Vegas hosts the shows international exhibitors fly furthest for — and the audiences that judge a stand hardest. Everything below came out of our own shop: designed, fabricated, printed and wired by the same team, then stood up complete and photographed before shipping. What you approve from abroad is what lands on the floor.

The instinct is understandable: you own a good stand, your team knows it, and it worked in Frankfurt and Dubai. But between your warehouse and a Las Vegas hall sit two ocean crossings, a customs border, and a material handling system that bills by the kilogram of everything in the crate. The stand isn’t the cost. Moving it is.
Building on this side of the ocean removes the border from the project entirely. Your design language carries over — send photos or CAD of your existing stand and we rebuild it to US materials and US electrical code — while the freight, the paperwork and the risk stay off your budget sheet.
“`No carnets, no customs brokerage, no duty questions, no crate stuck in clearance while your show opens. The stand is fabricated, trucked and installed inside one country.
European components routinely fail US show-floor inspection — voltage, plugs, certification marks. Everything we wire is built to US code, so the electrician’s walkthrough is a formality.
Send your existing stand’s drawings or photos. We rebuild the look to imperial dimensions and the height, rigging and setback rules of your specific Las Vegas show — flagged at render stage, not on the floor.
Show services bill material handling by weight. A locally built rental travels a fraction of the crated mass of an imported stand — and we forecast that line against your build before you sign anything.
The vocabulary takes five minutes. The system underneath it doesn’t exist at most venues outside North America — and it catches experienced exhibitors from Europe, the Gulf and Asia every single January. The six terms that matter, in plain language:
“`The venue’s fee for moving freight from the loading dock to your space, billed by weight (often per 100 lb / 45 kg). It shocks every first-time exhibitor. It can’t be avoided by anyone — but it can be forecast precisely, and we do that before you commit.
Stand construction, electrical and rigging in Las Vegas are performed by unionised trades. Your own team generally cannot build beyond a tool-free tabletop. Our fixed price carries the required crews and supervision, so there’s no labour for you to source or manage.
If you’re expecting the walls and fascia included with space in Europe or the Gulf, adjust now: a US inline space typically comes with curtain dividers and little else. Anything a visitor is meant to look at, you bring — or rent on this side.
Large Las Vegas shows assign freight arrival windows by hall zone; missing yours triggers penalty rates. Your target date lives in the show’s exhibitor manual — we track it and schedule the install around it.
Every show publishes one: height limits, hanging-sign approvals, and order deadlines for electrical, internet and cleaning. We read it, file what we’re allowed to file, and hand you a short list of the items only the exhibitor can order.
US floor plans sell in feet: your 3×3 m is roughly a 10×10, your 6×6 m a 20×20. The pricing table below carries both units — quote us your space in whichever your contract uses.
Fixed and all-inclusive for custom exhibition stands in Las Vegas, invoiced in USD to your home-country entity — wire transfer or card, no US bank account or address required. Print these, convert them at today’s rate, and take them into your budget meeting.

The venue invoices these directly to every exhibitor, whichever exhibit company builds the stand — there is no vendor anywhere who can legitimately “include” them. We estimate each line against your actual stand before you commit, then file the orders inside the advance-rate window.
Price the two routes honestly and the crossing rarely survives the comparison. Shipping an owned stand looks free because the stand is paid for — but every dollar below is spent on moving it, insuring it, clearing it and handling it, and none of those dollars is standing on your floor when the doors open. A 6×6 m island, both ways:
“`On the venue’s invoice in both scenarios: space, electrical service, drayage, rigging, cleaning, internet — the show’s own tariffed charges, billed to every exhibitor whoever builds. The difference is the weight drayage gets billed on, and which side of the comparison forecast those lines for you before you signed.
Spend the budget on the stand, not the crossing. Same money on the floor, none of it on the water — and the design language your brand runs in Europe, rebuilt to survive a US inspection.

Las Vegas runs its exhibition calendar across three main halls plus a rotation of resort convention centres — and they differ in exactly the details an overseas exhibitor can’t see from the floor plan: rigging policy, dock geography, hall ceiling heights, hanging-sign approvals. We build in all of them, year-round, and plan to the hall rather than the city.
“`The giant. Multiple halls including the newer West Hall, connected by an underground loop, each with its own dock plan and freight rhythm. Hall assignment changes the logistics as much as the show does — it’s the first thing we confirm from your space contract.
Resort-attached and mid-Strip, which attendees love and freight schedules have to respect. Column grids and ceiling zones shape what a stand design can do here; we design against the actual hall drawing, not a generic template.
The south-Strip hall with a heavy international meetings calendar — IMEX alone brings exhibitors from over a hundred countries. Multi-level halls make dock-to-space routing part of the plan, and we sequence installs around it.
Las Vegas shows publish their exhibitor manuals early and enforce them precisely — which is good news for anyone planning from eight time zones away. Deadlines that are visible six months out are deadlines that never become emergencies. We turn the manual into a short calendar for your team in the first week of the project.
The hard part of exhibiting abroad isn’t the distance — it’s not being able to walk into the workshop and look. So the project is built around two things you can verify from anywhere: photorealistic renders before fabrication, and photographs of your completed stand, standing and powered, before it ships to the venue. Between those two checkpoints, one project manager answers for everything.
“`Renders and revisions move by email on a one-to-two-day cycle; calls land in your working hours. We run overlapping projects with teams across Europe, the Gulf and Asia-Pacific every major show cycle.
The stand is fully assembled in our shop — graphics mounted, screens on, lights checked — and photographed for your sign-off. Whatever needs changing gets changed there, where changing things is cheap.
One fixed USD figure, invoiced to your home-country company, payable by international wire or card, with the documentation your finance team needs. No US bank account, address or subsidiary required.
Your US calendar runs past Las Vegas? Chicago, Orlando, San Francisco, New York and fifty more cities run on the same published fixed model — one stand design, one project manager, every city’s price known before your show year starts.
“They never just build the booth and disappear — I always know I have someone on call and ready to jump in when the unexpected inevitably happens. That level of responsiveness makes a huge difference in high-pressure event environments.”
“I’ve worked with Pure Exhibits for almost a year now, and have had such a great experience! They are our go-to for trade shows, and create memorable booths that represent our brand well. The team is incredibly responsive and reliable.”
“It’s always a pleasure to work with Utsav. The process is simple, straightforward, and high quality. I have worked with them for 3 years now and will continue!”
“Their team is incredibly flexible throughout the design process and truly collaborative in bringing ideas to life. I highly recommend Pure Exhibits to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and experienced exhibit partner.”
The fixtures international exhibitors fly in for, with the planning runway each realistically needs — measured from your first email, not from the flight. Around these, the three halls carry rotating national and international meetings all year; name yours and we’ll pull its manual before we quote.
“`| Show | Typical month | Venue | Start planning |
|---|---|---|---|
| CES | January | LVCC & Venetian Expo | 6 months |
| World of Concrete | January | LVCC | 5 months |
| MAGIC Las Vegas | February & August | LVCC | 4 months |
| NAB Show | April | LVCC | 5 months |
| IMEX America | October | Mandalay Bay | 4 months |
| SEMA Show | November | LVCC | 5 months |
CES gets six months — the halls sell out, hotel blocks vanish, and the services window closes earlier than at any other US show. For an exhibitor also arranging visas, flights and shipped product samples, the extra month is where the calm comes from.
Show dates don’t create cost pressure — order deadlines do, and the decisive one closes roughly eight weeks out, when advance rates on electrical, rigging and drayage expire. For a team planning across an ocean, everything in the project exists to arrive at that gate comfortably, with your only travel being the flight to the show itself.
“`A crate held in customs, a shipping line that missed the window, a US show slot approved late in the budget year — the international emergencies have a pattern, and they all end the same way: a stand is needed on a Las Vegas floor in weeks, not months. With design, fabrication and print in one building, approval-to-floor runs about four weeks. Same quality gate — built and photographed before shipping — same published price.
