One partner. Twenty-four cities. One fixed number per show.
Custom exhibition stands designed and fabricated in the US, for exhibitors planning from anywhere else — delivered on one fixed USD price signed before work starts, in every major American show city. No ocean freight, no carnets, no US entity required. Pick your city below; the price is published when you land on it.
Filters live inventory — every stand priced for your show city.
Exhibitors from Europe, Asia, the Gulf and Latin America face the same decision in every US city: ship the stand across an ocean — export crating, two freight legs, customs entries, handling billed on every kilogram — or build it on this side. Priced honestly, the crossing usually costs as much as the stand it carries, and delivers a month of transit risk as a bonus.
So we built the alternative into a system: US fabrication in our own shop, your existing design language rebuilt to American materials and electrical code, complete pre-assembly with photo approval before anything ships, and one fixed USD figure per city that your finance team can convert once and sign. The only things that cross an ocean are your team and your product.
No carnets, no brokerage, no duty questions, no crate in clearance while your show opens. Fabricated, trucked and installed inside one country, on one fixed number.
Overseas components routinely fail US floor inspection — voltage, plugs, certification marks. Everything we wire is US code from the first cable.
Send photos or CAD of the stand your brand runs at home; it becomes a US build — imperial dimensions, your show’s rules, forced changes flagged at render stage.
The same published fixed-price system in all twenty-four cities below — so a multi-show US year budgets in a single sitting from your home office.
Every city below has its own page: fixed pricing in USD and metric, the venue explained, the marquee shows, and the questions international exhibitors actually ask — written for that city, not templated across them.

The venue invoices these directly to every exhibitor, whichever exhibit company builds the stand — no vendor anywhere can legitimately “include” them. We estimate each line against your actual stand before you commit, then file the orders inside the advance-rate window.
The US show-floor system has no equivalent in Europe, the Gulf or Asia — and three of its terms do most of the financial damage to unprepared exhibitors. The full six-term glossary lives on our Las Vegas exhibition stand page.
The venue’s fee for moving freight from dock to stand space, billed by weight. Unavoidable for everyone, forecastable for anyone honest — we price the line against your actual stand before you commit and file at advance rates.
Who may build what varies from union coastal cities to more flexible Texas floors — but a custom island is crew-built work everywhere. Our fixed price carries the crews and supervision in every city, so there’s nothing for you to source.
US floor plans sell in feet, and space contracts follow. Every pricing table in this series carries both units — quote your space in whichever your contract uses.
A sample of the structures behind every city’s pricing. Choose a footprint or budget in the finder above and the selection re-sorts right here — then open your city’s page for its exact fixed figures.

Most international programmes touch America more than once a year — a marquee show here, a rotating congress there, a regional circuit in between. Run as separate projects with separate vendors, that’s a learning curve per city and a surprise per manual. Run on one model, it collapses to a single decision.
The stand design is approved once and rebuilds in any city at that city’s published fixed price. One project manager holds the whole year, carrying your artwork, preferences and floor lessons between stops — and every exhibitor manual gets read by the same people who read the last one.
Approved renders rebuild in any US city — no re-quoting, no redesign fees, no drift in how the brand shows up from one floor to the next.
The person who ran your first US build runs the rest — with your preferences, artwork and lessons already in hand.
Every city’s price is published before your show year starts — so the whole US programme goes into one spreadsheet, in USD, from your home office.
“They never just build the booth and disappear — I always know I have someone on call and ready to jump in when the unexpected inevitably happens. That level of responsiveness makes a huge difference in high-pressure event environments.”
“I’ve worked with Pure Exhibits for almost a year now, and have had such a great experience! They are our go-to for trade shows, and create memorable booths that represent our brand well. The team is incredibly responsive and reliable.”
“It’s always a pleasure to work with Utsav. The process is simple, straightforward, and high quality. I have worked with them for 3 years now and will continue!”
“Their team is incredibly flexible throughout the design process and truly collaborative in bringing ideas to life. I highly recommend Pure Exhibits to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and experienced exhibit partner.”
The fixed points that draw the most exhibitors from abroad, with the planning runway each realistically needs from your first email — every city links to its own page and its published pricing. Rotating congresses fill the calendar between these; name yours and we’ll confirm its host city and year before we quote.

A show approved late, a vendor who went quiet, a crate stuck at a foreign port — the international emergencies follow a pattern, and they end the same way in every city: a stand is needed on an American floor in weeks, not months. With design, fabrication and print in one building, approval-to-floor runs about four weeks. Same quality gate — built and photographed before shipping — same published price.
Tell us the shows and your space sizes — metres or feet. Within 24 hours: design concepts, one fixed USD figure per city, and each venue’s own charges forecast beside it. Approve everything from your desk; the only things that fly are your team and your product.
