PACK EXPO Las Vegas Trade Show Booth Rentals

Every exhibitor on this floor is running a machine. Your booth has to be the reason a plant engineer stops at yours.

Fixed-price PACK EXPO exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so the booth that greets thirty thousand packaging and processing buyers at the LVCC has already stood up once, powered and checked, on our floor.

The kind of booth plant engineers take seriously

PACK EXPO draws packaging engineers, plant managers and operations leads from food, beverage, pharma and consumer goods who came to see equipment run and to handle material — and who can tell a working line from a looping video in about three seconds. The work below is what we build for industrial and technology brands: custom structures designed around the live demonstration and the sample wall, with power, guarding and sightlines planned first and finishes second, and every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.

Know the floor before you plan the booth

PACK EXPO isn’t a browsing show. It’s a million square feet of running machinery.

PACK EXPO Las Vegas fills four halls of the Las Vegas Convention Center — West, North, Central and South Lower — with a million net square feet of packaging and processing equipment, organised into industry pavilions by hall. It runs every other year, so the plan you used last time is two editions old. Which hall your pavilion sits in decides your dock and your route; whether your truck hits its target move-in time decides whether your material handling is free or billed; and whether your line is running at nine on Monday decides whether an engineer stops. The most expensive PACK EXPO mistake isn’t a bad booth; it’s a truck that checked in at three in the afternoon.

Four halls, one target time

West · North · Central · South Lower

PACK EXPO assigns pavilions by hall — logistics and digital transformation in the West, healthcare packaging and processing in the North, containers and materials in the South Lower — and each hall has its own docks and marshalling. The show includes material handling in your space rate on one condition: your shipment checks in at the LVCC by two o’clock on your assigned target move-in date. Miss it and drayage is billed at floor rates. We book the target, route the truck to the right hall, and put a supervisor on the door.

Demos with real loads

Fillers · case packers · robotics · vision

Buyers expect equipment running: fillers cycling, case packers closing, robots picking, vision systems rejecting. Every one of those needs power — often three-phase — sometimes compressed air, always guarding, and a floor that can take the weight. Those are client-direct orders through the show and venue that cost sharply more at floor rates than at advance rates. We engineer the structure around your machine footprint, route power and guarding into the design, and file the orders early so nothing is dark or fenced off on Monday morning.

The August calendar

Summer holidays sit inside your timeline

A late-September show means the advance-order deadlines land in early August — when your approvers, your engineers and half the industry are on summer holiday. The real deadline for a locked design is late July. Miss it and you’re not late, you’re paying floor rates for electrical, rigging and air while chasing sign-offs from vacation inboxes, with the machine still on a truck from your last show.

What we handle at the LVCC
  • Hall-specific design — sightlines and machine-footprint placement planned for your pavilion
  • Layout submission and show approval, including floor-load, guarding and hanging-sign details, filed early
  • Electrical, compressed air, rigging and any out-of-target material handling calculated and filed at advance rates
  • Union labour coordination and on-site supervision
  • COI, EAC and exhibitor-manual deadlines mapped to our calendar
  • Target move-in check-in, dismantle after the Wednesday close, pack and outbound freight
Billed by the show, not by us

Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show, the venue or the show’s general contractor — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.

  • Booth space
  • Electrical drops and floor distribution
  • Material handling (drayage)
  • Rigging, if you’re hanging a sign
  • Daily cleaning · internet
Why a fixed price matters most here

The budget you present in spring should survive September

Trade show invoices have a habit of growing between quote and show: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.

01

One number, and it holds

Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.

02

Proven before it ships

Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.

03

Show costs, known up front

Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.

04

The paperwork is ours

COI, EAC, electrical, network, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.

We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.

Working backwards from September

Your real deadline is late July

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. For a late-September show that puts the binding constraint in early August, squarely inside vacation season: the approvals this timeline assumes get slower, not faster, through the summer.

Take this to every vendor

Five questions to ask anyone quoting your PACK EXPO booth

Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.

1 Will you put the total price in writing before I sign — and hold it? Ours: yes. Every booth on this page is published with its price. The quote and the final invoice are the same number, contractually. Printed above · hold us to it
2 Do design revisions become change orders? Ours: never. Revisions are unlimited until you approve, and the price is locked before design starts — a better idea in June costs nothing.
3 Will I see my actual booth before it ships — or a render? Ours: the actual booth, fully assembled, powered and lit at our facility, photographed for your sign-off before it leaves for Las Vegas. Renders are promises; photographs are evidence.
4 Who files my advance show orders, and at which rate? Ours: we do, at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. PACK EXPO includes material handling in your space rate only if the truck checks in by two o’clock on your target date, so the real money here is in hitting the target and in the electrical, air and rigging a running machine draws. If a vendor can’t answer this immediately, that’s your answer.
5 Material handling is included in our space rate. Does that change anything? Ours: it changes everything about the freight plan. The inclusion is conditional on your shipment checking in at the LVCC by two o’clock on your assigned target date — miss it and drayage is billed at floor rates on a crate that weighs as much as a machine. We book the carrier to the target, track the truck, and have a supervisor at the dock. Ask any vendor what their plan is if the truck is late.

Questions PACK EXPO exhibitors actually ask

PACK EXPO booth rental FAQs

How much does a PACK EXPO Las Vegas booth rental cost?
Every booth on this page is published with its Las Vegas price — fixed and all-inclusive: design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, freight, labour coordination and project management. Separately, PMMI, the LVCC and the show’s general contractor bill you directly for booth space, electrical, compressed air, rigging and cleaning; material handling is included in the space rate when your truck hits its target time. We calculate all of it for your exact booth before you commit, so the total is known before you sign anything.
When should I book a booth for PACK EXPO Las Vegas?
Lock your design by late July. The advance-order deadlines for a late-September show land in early August, in the middle of vacation season, when approvals everywhere slow down — start the conversation in spring for full design freedom. The exact advance-order deadline for the next edition is in the facts strip at the top of this page and updates automatically.
What’s move-in like at the Las Vegas Convention Center for PACK EXPO?
Four halls move in at once, each with its own docks, and every exhibitor has an assigned target move-in date — check in by two o’clock and material handling is included; check in late and it’s billed. We book your carrier to the target, route the truck to the correct hall, and put an install supervisor on site so your team never has to learn the venue’s logistics themselves.
My booth runs live equipment — a filler, a case packer, a robotic cell. Can you handle the power, air and guarding?
Yes, and it’s the most important planning conversation for a PACK EXPO booth. We engineer the structure around your machine footprint — mounting, cable and pneumatic routing, safety guarding, screen placement — then calculate the electrical and air orders your setup actually needs. Those services are billed to you directly by the show and venue, but we file the orders at advance rates and verify everything against the booth as built on our floor, so your line is running when the doors open.
Will a rental look custom, or will it look reused?
Every booth is fabricated for your brand — custom graphics, layout, lighting and finishes on a modular structure underneath. The builds shown above are rentals. Before yours ships, it stands fully assembled and lit at our facility and you approve photographs of the actual booth, not a render.
We exhibit at PACK EXPO International in Chicago too. Can one booth programme cover both?
Yes — the two shows alternate years, so a modular structure designed once serves Chicago and Las Vegas in turn, re-planned each time for the building it’s going into. McCormick Place and the LVCC have different halls, labour rules and freight routing, so the concept carries over and the plan is redrawn; one fixed price per show, one project manager throughout.
What happens if something goes wrong during move-in?
Your project manager and our install supervisor are on site through move-in and reachable across all three show days. Because everything was assembled and checked before shipping, the problems that usually surface at this stage — missing hardware, graphics that don’t fit, mounts that won’t take the equipment — have already been found and fixed on our floor, weeks earlier.
A vendor just fell through. How fast can you deliver a PACK EXPO booth?
Four to six weeks from approval to show floor for complete pre-built, photo-verified booths from 10×10 through 20×40 — at the same fixed price as a six-month lead time, with no rush surcharge. For a September show, the earlier in the summer you call, the more of that window sits at advance rather than floor rates.
Do you handle events off the show floor — customer dinners, suites, satellite demos?
Yes — hotel suites, meeting spaces and satellite demonstrations around the Strip run under the same fixed-price model, coordinated by the same project manager as your booth.
