Case Study

Appdome · RSA Conference 2026

Four hundred defenses, two launches, 45,000 people — and one glowing white box above it all.

Appdome protects 3.5 billion+ mobile end users with 400+ individual defenses, and came to RSA 2026 launching two more stories on top: DefenseOS™, its governed execution engine, and the new Agentic AI Intelligence Suite. For Booth #754 in Moscone South, Pure Exhibits built a 20 × 30 island that says all of it without a paragraph — a massive white lightbox floating over dark navy walls, a constellation of proof beneath it, and a wooden bench in the middle of the most crowded floor in security.

Two stories, one island

Appdome’s problem at RSA wasn’t obscurity — it was density. The platform runs 400+ security, anti-fraud, bot, anti-malware, geo-compliance, social-engineering, deepfake and identity defenses across tens of thousands of apps, and the 2026 show added two launches on top: DefenseOS™ and the Agentic AI Intelligence Suite. Explaining any of that to 45,000 attendees on one of the densest floors in the industry is a losing game if the booth tries to say it in words.

The brief made it harder by being two briefs. Security leaders evaluating AI-native platforms needed the forward story — the “Agentic Defense for All Mobile Threats” campaign. Everyone else needed the proof: a record 44 G2 leadership and momentum badges in the Spring 2026 Reports, 19 Top 3 rankings, and a sixth consecutive “Users Love Us” quarter. The island had to carry both at once — vision overhead, evidence at eye level — building on the white-and-wood design language Pure Exhibits established for Appdome at Black Hat 2025.

The White Beacon

Fifteen to eighteen feet wide and hung by steel cables over Booth #754, the white monolith was the most arresting structure on the South Hall floor — illuminated channel-letter logos on every face, the tagline set in dark type along the fascia: Protect Apps, APIs, and Identity in ONE. Against Moscone’s dark industrial ceiling it read from every aisle and every distance, and when the hall lights dimmed it kept working — the last sign still legible on the floor. The entire platform, compressed to a glance, which is exactly the length of attention a crowded show floor grants.

02

One Wall, 400 Defenses

How do you show 400+ defenses without a spec sheet nobody reads? A navy wall carried twenty shield glyphs in a clean grid — anti-fraud, bot defense, anti-malware, geo compliance and the rest, each a defense family — under one line: One Solution, 400+ Defenses. Visitors scanned it the way they scan an app grid, and the scale of the platform landed in seconds, visually, without a single paragraph.

03

Proof as Cladding

The record 44 G2 badges weren’t framed on a poster — they were built into the structure. Badge banners ran in columns up the tower corners, a dedicated Customer Recognition on G2 wall carried the grid, and the Users Love Us pennant — six consecutive quarters — hung at its center. Enterprise security buyers discount vendor claims by default; a booth clad in someone else’s scoring is the one argument they don’t. The architecture let G2 do the bragging.

The Counter on the Aisle

The booth’s working heart: a long blond-wood counter facing the aisle, three demo stations under gooseneck mics and task lighting, with the campaign wall — Agentic Defense for All Mobile Threats, set over a field of soft bokeh particles — as its backdrop. A demo bar, not a demo cave: passersby could watch a live DefenseOS™ or Agentic AI Suite walkthrough over someone’s shoulder without committing to a conversation, and stepping up to the counter was the easiest yes on the floor. The launches lived here, demonstrated instead of announced.

05

A Room Within the Hall

Step onto the white raised platform — its edge lit so the threshold glows against the charcoal convention carpet — and the register shifts to something closer to a lounge: black leather seating in tubular chrome, arranged in conversation clusters rather than rows. A blond-wood reception podium and a white display shelf mark the arrival point. For attendees hours into the Moscone floor, a real seat is a reason to stay — and staying is where conversations happen.

06

The Second Build

RSA 2026 evolved the white-and-wood language Pure Exhibits built for Appdome at Black Hat 2025 — the same warm timber and clean white, now set against deep navy for the security-floor register. Continuity compounds: returning attendees recognized the brand’s physical identity before reading a word. Same process as every build: fabricated, fully stood up and photo-approved before shipping, on one fixed price.

Say less, prove more

The island divided the labor cleanly: the beacon handled recognition at hall scale, the constellation wall carried the campaign, the G2 display carried the credibility, and the platform-and-bench interior converted attention into seated conversations. Nothing asked a visitor to read a paragraph — the argument was spatial, which is the only kind that survives a floor with 45,000 people on it.

The same RSA 2026 floor produced two very different answers to the stand-out problem — see WE3DS’s orange four-sided debut and Radware’s enterprise island, both a few aisles away.

Too much to say? Build it instead.

Platforms with hundreds of capabilities lose show floors by trying to list them. Pure Exhibits designs and fabricates custom islands for security and technology brands at RSA, Black Hat, ISC West and beyond — architecture that carries the message, proof given its own real estate, and every booth pre-built and photo-approved before it ships, on one fixed price.
