CISOs don’t stop for slogans. They stop for a live demo that survives their questions.
Fixed-price RSAC exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, powered, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so the demo stations that have to work in front of a threat researcher have already worked once, on our floor.
Filters the booths below — every one shows its San Francisco price.
The RSAC audience is technical, sceptical and short on time — a security engineer decides in seconds whether your booth is a demo worth having or marketing worth avoiding. The work below is what we build for security and technology companies, including brands we’ve built for at RSAC: structures designed around the demo and the conversation, with every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.
Radware
Hands-on learning stations inside a four-sided island.
Appdome
Security demo theatre built for high-volume technical traffic.
SpyCloud
Interactive stations arranged for one-to-one conversation.
Teramind
1,800 sq ft island with interactive demo zones.
Microsoft
Modular island scaled across a multi-show programme.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height LED as the structure, not an add-on to it.
WillowTree
Meeting-led layout with enclosed rooms off an open front.
IMAX
Large-format island built around a screening experience.
The expo spreads across Moscone Center’s halls in the middle of downtown San Francisco, and the people walking it — CISOs, security engineers, threat researchers, government security leaders — are there to evaluate, not to browse. The most expensive RSAC mistake isn’t an ugly booth; it’s a beautiful booth with nowhere to run a live demo and nowhere private to talk.
Moscone isn’t a sprawling convention campus — it’s a multi-building complex in the middle of SoMa, with the expo split across halls and traffic pulsing in waves as session blocks let out. Where your booth sits relative to entrances and escalators changes who walks past you and when. We design for your actual placement, not for a render on a white background.
RSAC buyers stop for live product demos and threat-detection walkthroughs — which means demo stations with reliable power and network aren’t a nice-to-have, they’re the whole booth. We plan the electrical and connectivity requirements around your actual demo load and file the orders early, so a dropped connection never happens in front of a CISO.
Freight reaches Moscone through city streets on a tightly scheduled dock, and the halls run on San Francisco union labour under the show’s general contractor. None of it is difficult if it’s planned; all of it is expensive if it’s improvised. Our crews work to Moscone’s rhythm, and your advance orders are filed before floor rates apply.
Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging, cleaning and internet are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show, the venue or the show’s general contractor — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.
San Francisco is where exhibit-house invoices go to grow: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled, powered and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.
Space, electrical, drayage, rigging and internet calculated for your exact booth and demo load before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for San Francisco and available as a custom build for your brand — rented, not bought. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. Miss it and every electrical drop, every network line and every pound of freight is billed at floor rates instead — at a show where your demo stations depend on exactly those orders.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
“They never just build the booth and disappear — I always know I have someone on call and ready to jump in when the unexpected inevitably happens. That level of responsiveness makes a huge difference in high-pressure event environments.”
“I’ve worked with Pure Exhibits for almost a year now, and have had such a great experience! They are our go-to for trade shows, and create memorable booths that represent our brand well. The team is incredibly responsive and reliable.”
