Two of America’s most international show floors.
Custom exhibition stands for NAMM, Natural Products Expo West and every Anaheim Convention Center show — fabricated in the US and delivered on one fixed USD price signed before work starts. No ocean freight, no carnets, no US entity required. Half the aisles at Anaheim’s marquee shows flew in from abroad; the smart half didn’t ship their walls.
Filters the stands below — each shows its Anaheim price.
The Anaheim Convention Center runs the largest exhibit floor on the West Coast, and its two marquee weeks — NAMM and Expo West — fill it with brands from every exporting country on earth. Everything below came out of our own shop: designed, fabricated, printed and wired by one team, then stood up complete and photographed before shipping. What you approve from abroad is what lands on the floor.

Instrument makers, food and wellness brands, consumer products — Anaheim’s international exhibitors already run ocean supply chains for the product itself. Adding the stand to that manifest doubles the crates and the customs schedule for the one item with no commercial reason to travel: walls and counters that could be built at the destination for what the crossing costs.
Send the design instead. Photos or CAD of the stand your brand runs at home become an Anaheim build in US materials and US electrical code — same design language, none of the freight, and a photo sign-off of the finished stand before it ships to the venue.
No carnets, no brokerage, no duty questions, no crate in clearance while your show opens. Fabricated, trucked and installed inside one country, on one fixed number.
Overseas components routinely fail US floor inspection — voltage, plugs, certification marks. Everything we wire is US code from the first cable.
Existing stand drawings become a Anaheim build: imperial dimensions, your show’s height and rigging rules, forced changes flagged at render stage.
Material handling bills by weight, and a locally built rental reaches the dock at a fraction of an imported stand’s crated mass — a line we forecast before you sign.
Exhibitors arriving from Europe, Asia or Latin America meet a show-floor system here that has no equivalent at home. The full six-term glossary lives on our Las Vegas exhibition stand page; these are the three that bite hardest here.
The venue’s fee for moving freight from dock to stand space, billed by weight. Unavoidable for everyone, forecastable for anyone honest — we price the line against your actual stand before you commit and file at advance rates.
Anaheim floors run on union crews for stand construction, electrical and rigging — exhibitor self-build is limited to small tool-free displays. Our fixed price carries the crews and supervision, so there’s nothing for you to source.
US floor plans sell in feet, and space contracts follow. The pricing table below carries both units — quote your space in whichever your contract uses.
Fixed and all-inclusive for custom exhibition stands in Anaheim, invoiced in USD to your home-country entity — international wire or card, no US bank account or address required. Print these, convert them at today’s rate, and take them into your budget meeting.

The venue invoices these directly to every exhibitor, whichever exhibit company builds the stand — no vendor anywhere can legitimately “include” them. We estimate each line against your actual stand before you commit, then file the orders inside the advance-rate window.
Shipping an owned stand looks free because the stand is paid for. Then the crossing gets priced: crating, two ocean legs, customs, drayage on the loaded weight, and US crews decoding a metric kit against a deadline. A 6×6 m island, both ways:
On the venue’s invoice in both scenarios: space, electrical service, drayage, rigging, cleaning, internet — the show’s own tariffed charges, billed to every exhibitor whoever builds. The difference is the weight the drayage gets billed on, and which side of the comparison forecast those lines before you signed.
The crossing costs a stand and buys a shipment. Put the money on the floor instead — where a NAMM or Expo West aisle will actually see it.
Live inventory below, each card carrying its Anaheim price. Choose a footprint or budget in the finder above and the selection re-sorts right here — every structure finishable as a fully custom exhibition stand.

The Anaheim Convention Center anchors a resort district dense with hotels a short walk from the halls — convenient for an international team, and busy enough during marquee weeks that services and hotel blocks tighten citywide. The hall assignment and move-in window on your contract set the plan, and we read both before anything books.
The big contiguous floor that the marquee weeks fill end to end. High-density shows mean strict aisle, height and demo-sound rules — constraints we design into the stand rather than negotiate on the floor.
The newer building carries conference sessions and specialty exhibit formats with its own access rhythm — a different install discipline, covered by the same fixed price.
The surrounding resort hotels run a year-round corporate calendar. Ballroom logistics — freight lifts, padded corridors, overnight installs — are their own discipline, handled the same way.
NAMM has demo-sound rules with real teeth, and Expo West regulates sampling and food handling tightly. Both rulebooks reach into stand design — sound containment, sampling counters, sink and power provisioning — so we read your show’s edition before the first render, not after the first citation.
Anaheim’s two defining shows share a trait: nothing sells from a shelf. Instruments get played; food and wellness products get tasted. For an international brand, the stand is the first place American buyers physically touch the product — and the design has to stage that moment while surviving five days of it.
So the brief leads with the trial: playable demo stations with sound discipline at NAMM, sampling counters with storage, sinks and food-safe surfaces at Expo West, and buyer-meeting space behind both — because the tasting is theatre, and the order is written sitting down.
Playable stations, pour counters, prep space and storage designed in from the first render — sized to the traffic your category actually pulls.
Sound rules, sampling permits, food-handling provisions — your show’s rulebook resolved at design stage and filed with the floor plan.
Distributor and retail-buyer conversations close seated. Semi-private meeting space with real acoustics earns its square metres back in orders.
Your US calendar runs past Anaheim? Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Diego, Chicago, Orlando and fifty more cities run on the same published fixed model — one stand design, one project manager, every city’s price known before your show year starts.
“They never just build the booth and disappear — I always know I have someone on call and ready to jump in when the unexpected inevitably happens. That level of responsiveness makes a huge difference in high-pressure event environments.”

Anaheim’s fixed points, with the planning runway each realistically needs from your first email. Name your show and we’ll pull its manual before we quote.
| Show | Typical month | Venue | Start planning |
|---|---|---|---|
| The NAMM Show | January | Anaheim Convention Center | 6 months |
| Natural Products Expo West | March | Anaheim Convention Center | 6 months |
| Rotating conferences & expos | Varies by year | Anaheim Convention Center | 5 months |
January NAMM means a December build — holiday shipping and shop schedules sit inside your runway, which is why the six months matters more here than almost anywhere.
Show dates don’t create cost pressure — order deadlines do, and the decisive one closes roughly eight weeks out, when advance rates on electrical, rigging and drayage expire. For a team planning across an ocean, the whole project exists to arrive at that gate comfortably, with your only travel being the flight to the show itself.
A distributor who confirmed late, a space upgrade in the final release, a stand vendor who went quiet before the busiest week in your industry’s year — it happens every cycle. With design, fabrication and print in one building, approval-to-floor runs about four weeks. Same quality gate — built and photographed before shipping — same published price.
Tell us the show and your space size — metres or feet. Within 24 hours: design concepts, one fixed USD figure, and the venue’s own charges forecast beside it. Approve everything from your desk; the only things that fly are your team and your product.
