Exhibition Stand Builder in Anaheim

Two of America’s most international show floors.

Custom exhibition stands for NAMM, Natural Products Expo West and every Anaheim Convention Center show — fabricated in the US and delivered on one fixed USD price signed before work starts. No ocean freight, no carnets, no US entity required. Half the aisles at Anaheim’s marquee shows flew in from abroad; the smart half didn’t ship their walls.

Our work

Stands that earn attention on the West Coast’s biggest floor

The Anaheim Convention Center runs the largest exhibit floor on the West Coast, and its two marquee weeks — NAMM and Expo West — fill it with brands from every exporting country on earth. Everything below came out of our own shop: designed, fabricated, printed and wired by one team, then stood up complete and photographed before shipping. What you approve from abroad is what lands on the floor.

Also built for Genea, Dunnhumby, Chili Piper, LHH, Calm and Spekit.

The international decision

Your product crossed the ocean once. Your stand shouldn’t cross it twice.

Instrument makers, food and wellness brands, consumer products — Anaheim’s international exhibitors already run ocean supply chains for the product itself. Adding the stand to that manifest doubles the crates and the customs schedule for the one item with no commercial reason to travel: walls and counters that could be built at the destination for what the crossing costs.

Send the design instead. Photos or CAD of the stand your brand runs at home become an Anaheim build in US materials and US electrical code — same design language, none of the freight, and a photo sign-off of the finished stand before it ships to the venue.

01

Nothing crosses a border

No carnets, no brokerage, no duty questions, no crate in clearance while your show opens. Fabricated, trucked and installed inside one country, on one fixed number.

02

US electrical from the start

Overseas components routinely fail US floor inspection — voltage, plugs, certification marks. Everything we wire is US code from the first cable.

03

Your design, translated

Existing stand drawings become a Anaheim build: imperial dimensions, your show’s height and rigging rules, forced changes flagged at render stage.

04

Lighter freight, smaller bills

Material handling bills by weight, and a locally built rental reaches the dock at a fraction of an imported stand’s crated mass — a line we forecast before you sign.

The US show floor, translated

Three terms that decide an Anaheim budget

Exhibitors arriving from Europe, Asia or Latin America meet a show-floor system here that has no equivalent at home. The full six-term glossary lives on our Las Vegas exhibition stand page; these are the three that bite hardest here.

Drayage

No equivalent outside North America

The venue’s fee for moving freight from dock to stand space, billed by weight. Unavoidable for everyone, forecastable for anyone honest — we price the line against your actual stand before you commit and file at advance rates.

Union labour

≈ Venue-appointed contractors, stricter

Anaheim floors run on union crews for stand construction, electrical and rigging — exhibitor self-build is limited to small tool-free displays. Our fixed price carries the crews and supervision, so there’s nothing for you to source.

Feet, not metres

Your 6×6 m is their 20×20

US floor plans sell in feet, and space contracts follow. The pricing table below carries both units — quote your space in whichever your contract uses.

Anaheim pricing

Fixed and all-inclusive for custom exhibition stands in Anaheim, invoiced in USD to your home-country entity — international wire or card, no US bank account or address required. Print these, convert them at today’s rate, and take them into your budget meeting.

The ocean invoice

Price the crossing before you price the stand

Shipping an owned stand looks free because the stand is paid for. Then the crossing gets priced: crating, two ocean legs, customs, drayage on the loaded weight, and US crews decoding a metric kit against a deadline. A 6×6 m island, both ways:

Flying your stand to Anaheim
Refurbishment & export crating$4,000
Ocean freight, both directions, insured+ $9,000
Customs brokerage / ATA carnet+ $2,400
Drayage on the full crated weight+ $5,500
US crews assembling an unfamiliar metric kit+ $7,600
Electrical rework to pass US inspection+ $2,500
Spent on logistics, not the stand$31,000
Plus transit damage risk you still own
Pure Exhibits, built in the US
6×6 m (20×20) custom stand, fixed$32,000
Ocean freight & customsNone exist
Domestic round-trip freightIncluded
Install & dismantle crewsIncluded
US-code electricalBuilt in
Spent on the stand itself$32,000
Photo-verified before it ships

On the venue’s invoice in both scenarios: space, electrical service, drayage, rigging, cleaning, internet — the show’s own tariffed charges, billed to every exhibitor whoever builds. The difference is the weight the drayage gets billed on, and which side of the comparison forecast those lines before you signed.

The crossing costs a stand and buys a shipment. Put the money on the floor instead — where a NAMM or Expo West aisle will actually see it.

Anaheim Convention Center · Resort district

The West Coast’s biggest floor, in a resort district built for visitors

The Anaheim Convention Center anchors a resort district dense with hotels a short walk from the halls — convenient for an international team, and busy enough during marquee weeks that services and hotel blocks tighten citywide. The hall assignment and move-in window on your contract set the plan, and we read both before anything books.

Main exhibit halls

NAMM · Natural Products Expo West

The big contiguous floor that the marquee weeks fill end to end. High-density shows mean strict aisle, height and demo-sound rules — constraints we design into the stand rather than negotiate on the floor.

ACC North

Conference programmes · specialty exhibits

The newer building carries conference sessions and specialty exhibit formats with its own access rhythm — a different install discipline, covered by the same fixed price.

Resort & hotel venues

Corporate events · brand activations

The surrounding resort hotels run a year-round corporate calendar. Ballroom logistics — freight lifts, padded corridors, overnight installs — are their own discipline, handled the same way.

What we run for you here
  • Venue and hall confirmation from your contract before anything books
  • Floor plan filings and venue approvals
  • Dock target times scheduled to the right building
  • Electrical, rigging and drayage ordered at advance rates
  • COI and contractor paperwork per venue
  • Supervised install, show-day support, dismantle
Worth knowing before you plan

NAMM has demo-sound rules with real teeth, and Expo West regulates sampling and food handling tightly. Both rulebooks reach into stand design — sound containment, sampling counters, sink and power provisioning — so we read your show’s edition before the first render, not after the first citation.

The NAMM & Expo West brief

Floors where the product must be tried, not seen

Anaheim’s two defining shows share a trait: nothing sells from a shelf. Instruments get played; food and wellness products get tasted. For an international brand, the stand is the first place American buyers physically touch the product — and the design has to stage that moment while surviving five days of it.

So the brief leads with the trial: playable demo stations with sound discipline at NAMM, sampling counters with storage, sinks and food-safe surfaces at Expo West, and buyer-meeting space behind both — because the tasting is theatre, and the order is written sitting down.

01

Demo & sampling engineering

Playable stations, pour counters, prep space and storage designed in from the first render — sized to the traffic your category actually pulls.

02

Compliance built in

Sound rules, sampling permits, food-handling provisions — your show’s rulebook resolved at design stage and filed with the floor plan.

03

The buyer’s table

Distributor and retail-buyer conversations close seated. Semi-private meeting space with real acoustics earns its square metres back in orders.

Your US calendar runs past Anaheim? Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Diego, Chicago, Orlando and fifty more cities run on the same published fixed model — one stand design, one project manager, every city’s price known before your show year starts.

Working backwards

The calendar that matters runs in reverse

Show dates don’t create cost pressure — order deadlines do, and the decisive one closes roughly eight weeks out, when advance rates on electrical, rigging and drayage expire. For a team planning across an ocean, the whole project exists to arrive at that gate comfortably, with your only travel being the flight to the show itself.

Rush and last-minute

Four weeks out is still a plan

A distributor who confirmed late, a space upgrade in the final release, a stand vendor who went quiet before the busiest week in your industry’s year — it happens every cycle. With design, fabrication and print in one building, approval-to-floor runs about four weeks. Same quality gate — built and photographed before shipping — same published price.

  • Roughly four weeks, approval to show floor
  • Photo-verified pre-build, even on rush
  • 10×10 through 20×40 (3×3 m through 6×12 m) on compressed timelines
  • The published price holds — no rush premium
Questions international exhibitors actually ask

Exhibition stands in Anaheim — FAQs

How much does an exhibition stand cost in Anaheim?
The table above is the answer: $14,000 – $16,000 for a 3×3 m (10×10) through $63,000 – $75,000 for a 9×12 m (30×40) — design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, freight, crews and management in one contractual USD figure. The venue bills space, electrical, drayage and rigging separately to every exhibitor; we forecast those lines against your stand before you sign.
We have no US company. Can we still work with you?
Yes — a large share of our clients exhibit in the US with no local presence at all. We invoice the fixed figure in USD to your home-country entity, accept international wire transfer and card, and provide the contract and payment documentation your finance team needs. No US bank account, address or subsidiary required.
Is it really cheaper to build in the US than to ship our stand?
Total both directions of ocean freight, insurance, customs or carnet fees, drayage on the full crated weight, and US labour assembling an unfamiliar metric kit, and the answer is nearly always yes — the comparison above walks through it line by line. The part no spreadsheet captures: a stand damaged mid-ocean weeks before your show has no good outcome. Building locally deletes the risk along with the cost.
Can you rebuild the stand design we use at European shows?
Yes. Send photos or CAD of your existing stand and we rebuild the design to US materials, US electrical code, and the height, rigging and setback rules of your specific show. Most designs translate directly; anything a regulation forces gets flagged at render stage — visible from your desk, months out — not on the show floor.
What is drayage, and is it in your price?
Drayage (material handling) is the venue’s fee for moving freight between dock and stand space, billed by weight and invoiced directly to every exhibitor — no vendor can legitimately include it, and any who claims to has buried it. We forecast the line precisely against your actual stand before you sign, then file inside the advance-rate window. A locally built stand also simply weighs less at the dock than an imported crate, which is the honest way that bill shrinks.
Can our own team build the stand in Anaheim?
Not beyond small tool-free displays — California floors run on union and show-appointed crews for stand construction, electrical and rigging. Our fixed price already carries the crews and supervision; your team arrives to demo the product, not to build walls.
Our stand needs live product demos — instruments at NAMM, sampling at Expo West. Does that change the build?
It leads the build. Demo and sampling stands carry infrastructure ordinary stands don’t — sound containment, prep counters, sinks, cold storage, food-safe surfaces — and your show’s rulebook governs all of it. We design those provisions in from the first render and file them with the floor plan, so the theatre of the trial never collides with an inspector.
We’re also looking at Los Angeles shows. Same team?
Same model, neighbouring city. Los Angeles runs as its own destination in our fixed-price system, so an Anaheim-plus-LA year works like any circuit: one approved design, one project manager, and a known USD figure for each city before the year starts.
How do approvals work across time zones?
Mostly asynchronously: renders and revisions move by email on a one-to-two-day cycle, and live calls are scheduled in your morning. The project has two hard checkpoints you can verify from anywhere — approved 3D renders before fabrication, and photographs of your completed, powered stand before it ships to the venue. We run projects with teams across Europe, the Gulf and Asia-Pacific on every major show cycle.
Our US calendar includes other cities. Do you cover them?
More than fifty of them — Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Diego, San Francisco, Chicago and beyond, on the same published fixed model. One stand design, one project manager, and a known USD price in each city, so a multi-show US year budgets in a single sitting from your home office — the full directory lives on our US exhibition stand hub.
