The ISC West booth cost calculator

The whole number for the Venetian Expo — what the show bills you, what the venue and Freeman bill you, and a fixed price for the booth itself.

Most ISC West budgets break in the same place: the exhibit house’s quote is presented as the total, and the show-billed lines for a booth full of live hardware arrive later. This tool estimates every line for your footprint at both advance and floor rates, beside the fixed, all-inclusive booth price we publish for Las Vegas. Choose your level, because Hall G changes what you can order. Adjust any assumption you have better numbers for.

Show-billed lines are planning estimates from typical Las Vegas billing and the assumptions above; they have not been checked against the current ISC West exhibitor services kit, which governs. In Hall G the ceiling is a little over thirteen feet, so the calculator does not price a hanging sign there. Booth prices are the published Las Vegas range for that footprint on the Las Vegas booth rentals page; the fixed price of a specific design is exact and does not change. Labour is inside the fixed price and is not a show-billed line here.

How to read the estimate

Two numbers matter more than the total: the spread, and what is fixed

The advance-to-floor spread

The line marked "missing the advance deadline"

Every venue-billed service carries two prices. For a booth full of live devices that line is the cost of a demo moved after the electrical and network orders are in. It is the most avoidable money in the budget.

Drayage is a weight problem

Hundredweight × rate

Freeman bills material handling per hundred pounds, so the structure's weight is a budget line before it is a design choice. A lighter modular build with crated freight delivered in its target window costs a fraction of a heavy custom property.

Why 24-hour power is on by default

Recorders, servers, analytics

Security demos run recorders and servers that should stay up overnight. Overnight power is a premium on the circuits that need it, so it belongs on the first floor plan.

We quote higher and cost less. An exhibit house that leaves the show-billed lines out of the conversation is not quoting the show — it is quoting the booth. The number to compare is the total.

Questions about ISC West budgets

Cost FAQs

What does a 20×30 booth at ISC West cost in total?
Run it above with your own numbers. With the default assumptions — a Level 2 island, five demo stations, two wired drops, a hanging sign and overnight power — a 20×30 comes to roughly $55,000 in space and show-billed lines at advance rates, beside a typical fixed booth price of about $48,100: around $103,000 in total before travel and staffing.
Who bills material handling at ISC West?
Freeman, the official contractor and exclusive material-handling provider. It is billed by weight, so a lighter structure with crated freight is the main lever.
Why can we not add a hanging sign in Hall G?
Because the ceiling on Level 1 is a little over thirteen feet. Presence in Hall G comes from lighting, screens and the structure's edge rather than height.
Why are labour costs not a show-billed line here?
Because installation and dismantle labour is inside our fixed booth price. We work as your exhibitor-appointed contractor and carry the hours, so a long install is our cost, not yours.
How accurate are these numbers?
They are planning estimates. Once we have your floor plan and device list we price every show-billed line from the current service kit before you commit.
