Choose a footprint and the sticker prints the whole number for Orlando: the fixed, all-inclusive booth price we publish, and every line the show and the venue bill you directly, at advance and at floor rates. Below it, three editions of the rotation priced two ways — owning a booth, and renting one rebuilt for each city.
Badges: NADA allocates exhibitor badges by booth size, so staff beyond the allocation are a line of their own. Vehicles on the stand carry spotting and floor-protection charges billed by the contractor; tell us and we add them to your real quote.
Booth space uses the rate NADA publishes for this edition. Material handling, electrical, network, rigging and cleaning are planning estimates, not the OCCC rate sheets — the exhibitor service kit governs, and we replace them with exact figures for your booth before you sign. The booth price is the published Orlando range for that footprint on Orlando booth rentals; the price of a specific design is exact and does not move.
NADA moves. An owned exhibit follows it: re-engineered for each hall, crated, stored, shipped and installed again, with graphics refreshed every year. A rental is rebuilt to each building’s rules at the price we publish for that city. The rental side below uses our published prices for each host city; the ownership side uses the assumptions you can change.
Ownership figures are placeholders to replace with your own: your last build invoice, your storage contract, your carrier’s quotes. The footprint follows the sticker above.
