From 1,800 Designs to Your Approved Booth.
Most exhibit vendors make you describe a booth before you can see a price. Our catalog works the other way around: more than 1,800 designs, each with a fixed, all-inclusive price for your show city, and every one of them a starting point rather than a finished product. Below is the whole journey, step by step, and every panel is live. Click through it the way you would on the real catalog.
Start with the space you have actually booked
Size is the first filter because it is the one fact already settled: the floor plan has decided it for you. Choosing it narrows the catalog to designs engineered for that exact footprint and that booth type, inline or island.
Island · open on all four sides, built to be approached from every aisle.
See every 20×30 design →Each size also has its own page, with the strongest designs for that footprint and the questions buyers ask about it, from the 10×20 inline to the 20×30 island. If you are weighing two footprints, start with the smaller one: a well-designed space often keeps more pipeline than its square footage suggests, a point we make in booth density is a cost, not an asset.
Set the city, and the prices appear
Until you choose a show city, the catalog keeps prices hidden, because a booth genuinely costs different amounts to deliver in different convention cities: labor rates, freight distance and venue rules all change. Once you choose, every design shows one fixed number for that city: design, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle included.

Prices shown are the published fixed prices for Austin, Texas. Choose any city to preview the reveal, then open the live catalog for that city.
Open the live 20×30 catalog →That number is the whole job. The only costs outside it are the ones every show bills exhibitors directly (space, electrical, material handling, rigging, cleaning), and we map those for your exact booth before you commit. If you want the full picture of that second bill, our show services guide lays out every line and when to order it.
Narrow by budget and need, then shortlist
With size and city set, the Refine panel does the rest: budget bands, and the functional requirements your team actually needs, from closed meeting rooms and demo stations to LED walls, storage and hanging signs. Save anything promising with + My Gallery, then compare your shortlist side by side and download it as a PDF for the team.

Budget bands keep the conversation with finance honest from the first click, and the requirement filters do the same for the team: if the program needs an enclosed room and four demo stations, the catalog only shows designs that already accommodate them. Your saved designs live in My Shortlist, ready to compare and share. If the room for selling is the deciding factor, our piece on designing the booth to qualify is worth reading before you choose.
Every design is a starting point, not a finished product
Open a design and you see it from every angle, with its fixed price for your city. Then comes the part that matters most: Make It Yours. Structure, layout, technology, graphics and furnishings can all change within the footprint. Tap what you are considering, add your own words, and send it.
This is where the catalog stops being a catalog. The design you opened is a well-resolved starting point with a known price; what comes back is a booth shaped around your program, your audience and the conversations your team needs to have. Our design team works from your request, the show’s rules and your footprint, not from a template.
Send the request, see it re-rendered
Your request goes straight to our design team with the design, your city and your changes attached. Within 24 to 48 hours you receive a revised 3D design, and the fixed price for the booth as you have described it.
Plan views are illustrative. Your revision arrives as full 3D renderings of your booth.
The price moves with the design, and you see both together, so there is never a revision that looks right and costs a surprise. What changes is shown before anything is built.
Revise as many times as you need, then approve
There is no revision limit and no revision fee. You keep refining until the booth is exactly the one you want your name on, and only then does anything move to production.
- Rev 1: your Make It Yours request, re-rendered in 3D with an updated fixed price.
One contract and one fixed price for design, build, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle. Next, your booth is built, lit and photographed at our facility, and you approve photos of the real thing before it ships.
Approval is the last decision that needs real time from you. After it, the paperwork, deadlines and production run on our calendar, and you see the booth twice before the show: once in 3D, and once standing fully assembled at our pre-build facility. The full sequence is laid out in how it works.
Catalog FAQs
Are the prices in the catalog the real price?
Yes. Each design shows one fixed, all-inclusive price for your show city: design, graphics, structure, furniture, freight, installation, dismantle and project management. The only costs outside it are the ones every show bills exhibitors directly, and we calculate those for your booth before you commit.
Why do prices change when I change the city?
Labor rates, freight distance and venue rules genuinely differ between convention cities, so the same booth costs different amounts to deliver in each. Choosing your city shows the fixed price for that show.
How much can I change a catalog design?
Within the footprint, almost anything: layout, meeting space, demo stations, screens, graphics, colors, furnishings and signage. Every design is a starting point, and you receive a revised 3D design with an updated fixed price within 24 to 48 hours.
Is there a limit on revisions?
No. Revisions are unlimited and free until you approve the design. Nothing is built until you do.
What if nothing in the catalog fits?
Send us the show, the footprint and the brief through Let’s Connect. You will receive design concepts and one fixed number within 24 hours, exactly as you would from a catalog design.
