The short version

Custom exhibit rentals, explained in thirty seconds

A custom trade show exhibit rental is a fully branded, custom-designed booth you pay for per show instead of purchasing outright. Pure Exhibits designs, fabricates, pre-stages, ships, installs, and dismantles the exhibit for one fixed, all-inclusive price — structure, graphics, carpet, round-trip shipping, I&D labor, and a dedicated project manager included.

Rental pricing runs from $12,000–$14,000 for a 10×10 inline booth to $55,000–$65,000 for a 30×40 island, with the popular 20×20 island at $28,000–$32,000. Standard lead time is 8–12 weeks; rush builds ship in as little as 3–4 weeks. Every booth is fully assembled and photographed in our 65,000 sq ft warehouse before it ships. We serve all 50 US states, with dedicated local I&D crews in the 16 busiest exhibition markets.

Transparent Pricing

One number. Everything in it.

Budget uncertainty is the single biggest stressor in event management. Here is exactly where traditional exhibit quotes fall apart — and what a fixed price replaces at each point.

Traditional exhibit vendor pricing vs. Pure Exhibits fixed-price rental
Budget factor Traditional vendors Pure Exhibits fixed pricing
Final cost An estimate — scope creep and "minor" additions inflate the invoice Fixed price quoted upfront. The number you present to leadership is the number you pay
Change orders Last-minute modifications billed at premium rates Unlimited design revisions before approval, included in the quote
Hidden fees Installation charges, overtime, and shipping surcharges surface after signing Structure, graphics, carpet, round-trip shipping, and I&D labor all in the one number
Timeline Rush charges applied even for normal production schedules Guaranteed timelines — standard 8–12 week lead, rush builds in 3–4 weeks
On-site surprises Extra charges discovered during installation, when you can't say no Booth fully assembled and photographed in our warehouse before it ships — issues fixed before show day
Comparing vendors Impossible when every line item is "TBD" True apples-to-apples pricing you can evaluate fairly against any competitor

What's not in it — told to you upfront: show-services billed by the venue to the exhibitor of record — drayage/material handling, electrical drops, and rigging. We estimate these for your budget on day one, so the only invoices you ever see are the ones you already planned for.

What the Fixed Price Buys

Five things we take off your plate.

You get one project manager and one invoice. Behind that, this is the work happening in our building — every stage handled in-house, none of it subcontracted out of sight.

Start from a design that already has a fixed price attached, then make it yours — structure, layout, graphics, demo stations, meeting space. Because our designers work beside our fabricators, nothing gets drawn that can't be built on budget.

  • Fixed price known before design work begins
  • Unlimited revisions until you approve
  • 3D renderings you can circulate to leadership
  • Designed for reuse across your show calendar
How booth design works

No broker layer, no mystery shop across the country. Your booth is cut, printed, and finished by the same team that quoted it — which is what makes the fixed price possible in the first place.

  • In-house CNC, print, and finishing
  • Materials matched to your brand standards
  • Quality checked by the people who built it
Inside our fabrication shop

This is the stage that removes show-day fear. We assemble the entire exhibit in our warehouse, send you photos and video, and fix anything that's off — days before the truck is loaded, not hours before the hall opens.

  • Full assembly and inspection before shipping
  • Photo and video approval from your desk
  • Issues resolved in the shop, never on the floor
Why we pre-build every booth

Every show has a stack of paperwork with real penalties for missing it. Your project manager absorbs that stress — filing venue forms, tracking deadlines, and talking to decorators — so the only thing landing in your inbox is progress.

  • All venue paperwork, permits, and compliance filed for you
  • A shared calendar and deadline tracker
  • Liaison with organizers, decorators, and venue staff
  • Issues resolved before they become your fire to put out
What your PM covers

Your job is driving booth traffic and closing conversations — not tracking freight pallets. We crate and ship from our facility, time everything to your show's targets, install with supervised crews who know our systems, then strike, pack, and route the booth back out after close. Round-trip logistics are in the fixed price.

  • Door-to-door freight with all carrier coordination
  • Certified I&D crews, supervised on site
  • On-site support through the install window
  • Complete teardown and return logistics after close

Questions Event Managers Ask

Answered before the sales call.

Fixed rental pricing runs from $12,000–$14,000 for a 10×10 inline booth to $55,000–$65,000 for a 30×40 island. The most popular size, a 20×20 island, is $28,000–$32,000. Every price includes design, structure, graphics, carpet, round-trip shipping, installation, dismantling, and a dedicated project manager — the quote you receive is the invoice you pay.

Show services billed by the venue directly to the exhibitor of record: drayage/material handling, electrical drops, and rigging. We tell you this on day one and estimate those costs for your budget upfront, so nothing surprises you at reconciliation.

For most exhibitors doing one to four shows a year, yes — significantly. Renting removes storage fees, refurbishment costs, and the capital outlay of ownership, while still delivering a fully custom, branded exhibit. You can also change size and design show-to-show as your budget and goals shift.

Standard lead time is 8–12 weeks from design approval to show-ready. That window covers design revisions, fabrication, graphics production, and the warehouse pre-build. Booking earlier gives you more design runway; it never changes the price.

Usually, yes. Because design, fabrication, and graphics are all in-house, rush builds can ship in as little as 3–4 weeks. Call (800) 379-8451 with your show date and we'll tell you honestly, same day, whether the timeline works.

Before it ships. Every exhibit is fully assembled in our warehouse and documented with photos and video for your approval. Anything that's off gets fixed in the shop — days before the truck leaves, not hours before the hall opens.

Fully. You start from one of 800+ pre-quoted designs or from scratch, then adapt structure, layout, finishes, and graphics to your brand. The "rental" part refers to how you pay, not how it looks — on the floor, it's indistinguishable from a purchased custom build.

Unlimited, before approval, at no added cost. Because the price is fixed before design begins, revisions never become change orders. We iterate until you'd proudly forward the rendering to your VP.

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, or PDF) is ideal; high-resolution raster files work for photographic panels. Your project manager sends exact spec sheets per graphic, and our in-house print team proofs everything before production.

All 50 US states. Every booth ships from our 65,000 sq ft facility and is installed by crews who know each venue. We keep dedicated local pages, pricing and I&D crews in the twenty-four busiest exhibition markets — Las Vegas, Chicago, Orlando, San Diego, San Francisco, Dallas, Grapevine, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Atlanta, Denver, Anaheim, Long Beach, Los Angeles, New Orleans, Phoenix, Detroit, Indianapolis, Nashville, Miami, Baltimore, Washington DC, and National Harbor — and cover every other US show city through our vetted partner network.

We do. Your project manager files venue forms, EAC paperwork, and insurance certificates, and tracks every deadline against the show calendar. You get updates you can forward straight to leadership.

Our crew dismantles it, packs it, and routes it back — all inside the fixed price. You walk off the floor when your last meeting ends. No storage contracts, no freight claims, no loose ends.

One dedicated project manager, from kickoff through strike. They coordinate design, production, shipping, and installation internally so you never chase five vendors for one answer.

The warehouse pre-build catches nearly everything before shipping — but if something surfaces on the floor, our supervised install crew resolves it during the install window, and your PM keeps you informed without pulling you into it.

Use the booth finder above to browse pre-quoted designs, call (800) 379-8451, or write to info@purexhibits.com with your show, space size, and budget. Fixed quotes come back within 24 hours.
